Sigh...I knew I was doing something wrong and I sorta knew I went into this

program way too fast...and yup now I can TOTALLY tell anyone who's trying to go

on to this program to... TAKE, IT, SLOW!!

Misinterpretation of " healing reactions. " I just thought I had to bare with

them, but I guess my body panicked and I overworked my body as well. I thought

I was eating healthy enough already to jump into this program since I could

tolerate 6-8 tbsp of coconut oil and was eating grass-fed meat before I found

this program, but nope just jumped in way too fast...way too fast...

No wonder I was constipated and tired and having various bad symptoms which I

thought was just " retracing. " Yes, I was in that much awful condition before

this program that made me think the symptoms were just retracing and

intensifying of my problems to detoxify and stuff.

So, having told from Bee, I need to backtrack things, I need to ask a very

important question. HOW should I backtrack? I know this is a way too

subjective question to ask and everyone would be different since everyone had

different eating habits, but I do NOT want to screw up anymore. Bee said I

should add some carbs back, but should those " carbs " only consist of veggies and

nuts and fruits at the most? Or should I and can I add things I was eating

before? Like should I add organic pastas and ezekiel breads to my meal and

lessen fats and proteins temporarily? Should I even add junk foods, such as

cereals and cakes? I haven't been eating junk foods in a while so I assume I

don't add those anyways, but just need to clarify everything before I move on.

I do need to eat something for my next..I don't how may meals, but until you

answer my question(s), so I'll take the risk and add my ezekiel/manna bread for

my meals to lessen my good fats and meat for sometime. It would be very nice if

you could actually give me an idea on how slow I should go (meal ideas, pace,

etc.)..IF you can, that is. I'm really dedicated to becoming healthy..or more

like..I NEED TO, but I'm always dumb enough to screw up the first couple times

and learn from my mistakes. Thanks and will be waiting for your reply.
