Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thanks so much for your reply! I asked the question: " when to know when I am cured " because I wanted to know at what point I can start eating foods like sweet potatoes or baked white potato or butternut squash, into my diet again?? I will NEVER go back to eating processed, or packaged foods or even foods containing yeast. However, I would like to eat on the occasion the foods I've mentioned. Also, do you really recommend this high fat, high protein low carb diet indefinitely? Do you mean by following this diet I will not encounter cardiovascular disease and be overall healthy for life? Thanks in advance for your reply and time. Best! Tammi

It has been known for many centuries that sugars and starches are unhealthy for humans. > Also, do you really recommend this high fat, high protein low carb diet indefinitely? No one can say whether you personally would encounter cardiovascular disease or not since that depends upon many factors, including the " nutritional status " you acquire from your parents upon conception, emotional stresses you could experience in future, etc. I am totally healthy and I generally follow this program too. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
***Hi Bee, At the bottom of this message you say that you are totally healthy and you generally follow this program too. On a normal day, what would you eat, or what would you recommend eating. (Can you please list breakfast, lunch and dinner). It's really important for me to have it clear what to eat when cured this time, as I messed it up last time. I guess I would just follow the healthy diet on your website. But it would be nice to see a one day menu plan of somebody who is actually healthy. I would like to include raw milk, cream and cheese and occasional mashed potato with my son. Do you drink raw milk and if so or even if not, would I just have a glass of milk now and again as a treat? Do I have a glass every day? Blessings, > > Hi Bee, > > > > Thanks so much for your reply! I've listed this numerous times on the group, but briefly: I have coffee with half and half, and my egg drink with 3 eggs, etc. for breakfast. Lunch and supper are any kind of meat and a veggie, with lots of fat of course. I have sour dough bread in my freezer but seldom eat it. I rarely have potatoes or any root vegetables since they are high in starch so it's just like eating sugar, so I have broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, cucumber, peppers, etc. I'm 69 and still can't drink milk, but I'm fine on high butterfat content cream, sour cream, and cheese. I can only buy raw cheese so the other dairy products are pasteurized. > >>> I would like to include raw milk, cream and cheese and occasional mashed potato with my son. > >>> Do you drink raw milk and if so or even if not, would I just have a glass of milk now and again as a treat?
