Guest guest
Hi Bee Its Kat from Australia here. I am 43 years old and started having menopausal symptoms last year, I increased my vit e from 1 x daily 400iu to 2 x daily. Once I increased my vit e the symptoms decreased, and then they all but disappeared, however, the last 7 weeks or so, they returned with a vengence, the hot flashes quite intense, and hourly (along with many other horrible symptoms, forgetfulness, lethargy, vaginal dryness, low libido). Like you have said Bee, its not a disease but a natural event, so I've been trying to be brave, and ride it out. I had to order more vit e through Iherb, and they didnt have the clear base vit e in stock, so I ordered the natural factors 400iu, but it contains soy, how much is not stated, I've been taking the soy vit e for about 5 days or so, and Ive noticed the flash symptoms have decreased quite substantially, I have read that soy can mimic hormones. Bee, would the soy in the vit e be helping the hot flashes etc? can I stay on this Vit e, or would you reccommend that I go back to the clear base once it is in stock again? Many thanks lov Kat
