Hello dear Bee and All,

I am in need of immediate counsel. As a celiac, I used powdered

psyllium husk powder for the past several years. I started using this after a

colon resect due to endometriosis. Only recently when I started doing the

program did I stop. Completely. I am wondering if I should gradually taper off

of using it or what. The elimination process seems to have stalled out, and I

am in quite the state of being. I am visibly distended and nothing is moving.

(speaking of retracing, I had to use laxatives to move the bowels prior to

surgery, as there was an obstruction. It has since been removed, but how will

the body reenact this in retracing?

What can I anticipate? I felt like I was dying at that point, and have

trepidation over the thought of revisiting that state of being.

Going down a side road, bear with.. I am wondering about taking the

hydrochloric acid pills. I am hesitant to do this as a few years back I tried

Wobenzyme(sp?) based on a recommendation from a knowledgeable natural Dr. and

felt like it ate a hole in my stomach. I have read quite a bit since then and

understand the basic concept that an overly acidic stomach perception, is

actually one that needs bolstered in the digestive process.

What say you? ( in regards to the aforementioned details of endometriosis, and

then years later, adding celiac to my state of being, is the hydrochloric acid

something I should add to my regime, or leave it for consideration at a later

time?

I read somewhere today that a distended abdomen is from consumption of too

many carbs. (Right now the primary reason for distention is lack of movement,

but in general is that true?) Remember when I asked about anti-trypsin

deficiency? I can't remember my stomach ever being flat, even when I was below

a healthy weight, I was still rounded and slightly protruding. Is it possible

to heal to a degree which eclipses any previous degree of health experienced?

I am intrigued about coconut oil and the implications for improved

respiratory processes. I enjoy it and just eat it with a spoon.

Would a coffee enema ease the situation? Have never attempted that, and am

loathe to do so, but am in no state to be apathetic in the least. Must find

relief.

Waiting to hear from you.hopefully soon.Thank you so very much for your

consideration of this urgent concern.

Most gratefully,

Jen B.

(p.s. If I called the hospital, they would advise a harsh stimulant. Then

tomorrow would come, and the same concerns would present themselves, and that's

how addiction happens. )
