Mercola is probably relating to adulterated protein sources i.e luncheon meats or yeast extracts which contain Hydrolyzed or Autolyzed protein. These are one of many hidden forms of MSG. Any ingredient with the " lyze/d " tag is always MSG. Again , see the list and I advise copy & paste and send this as an email to yourself, so you have it as future reference. Or if you are like me & have Firefox you can take a snapshot of the entire page with the addon , " Pearl Crescent Page Saver " . Guest guest
Hi Ed, Could you help me with my subscription to candida support? For months I received nothing but the email digests which I find most helpful. However for the last month or two I have been getting only the individual emails which are jamming my inbox. I have to delete each one. I have tried to modify my profile and even went so far as to cancel my subscription but I am still receiving each email separately. Can you help me get back to only the digest? Thank you, Unger On Sat, Dec 4, 2010 at 12:45 PM, Ed <imysterios@...> wrote: > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Bee, > > > > > > Would you look at the items that Mercola says ALWAYS contain MSG & give > your ever-insightful opinion? Guest guest
Quick before Ed jumps on, 1. click this link: /join 2. then click the button titled 'Daily Digest' under Step 2. 3. Click 'save changes' and voila! LukeC, not Ed
Guest guest
Yes, if you don't click " Save changes, " it won't. I made that mistake a couple times in the past. I switched you over from individual emails to digest. Give it a couple days days max. to take effect. Usually, it only takes 24 hrs. However, hey, you know , its got a mind of its own :] Oh, Luke, I switched him over before I approved his message. Nice try gunslinger and thanks for the assistance ;]] Blowing the smoke from my gun, Ed group moderator
