What do you recommend? +++Hi Theresa, No, not all of them are whole foods vitamins, and whole food vitamins are not necessary anyway. Some whole food supplements are important like cod liver oil, but others are perfectly healthy when they are synthetic. Orthomolecular Physicians have been successfully using some synthetic vitamins to treat many health issues for over 60 years, particularly ascorbic acid (vitamin C). If " all " whole food supplements were so important versus what I recommend, then people on my program wouldn't get the results and successes they do, and I would not be healthy. Guest guest
Hi Bee, You said some whole food supplements are important like cod liver oil but I've been taking your recommended pill form of cod liver oil (the ones recommended on your site) so I don't take Cod Liver Oil in a whole food. I thought this was okay since it is one you recommended? Am I wrong? Thanks, No, not all of them are whole foods vitamins, and whole food vitamins are not necessary anyway.
