Guest guest
Hello Bee, MY name is Irma been on diet for 7 months now age 25. I have a question lately I've been getting really bad head aches late at night time. I work pretty late from 7pm to 2am. I seem to have them all night and they make me look uncomfortable and unhappy at my job. I also seem to have lost the feeling of joy at my job I have to consciously try to let go of this discomfort and try to enjoy myself. It's a task in it's self and my tips are being effected by this lack of joy on my part. Is there anything I can do to help myself? Also I've been doing coffee enemas and I noticed I'm not haveing bowels everyday like I use. Although I've always had constipation problems but they got better since the diet and the egg somothie helped a lot too in that department. But I noticed the coffee enemas effected my bowel movements, now it takes a day or two to produce evacuation. Is this normal? How many times should one be evacuating while on this program? However ensure you are strictly doing this program and not having off-diet foods, and that you are taking all of the supplements, i.e. correct kinds and amounts. +++Also if you have ever had headaches in the past your body will be retracing them as it heals and detoxifies itself - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php +++When your body is healing it will also affect your emotions because you and your body are stressed due to being unhealthy, and because toxins are being released. +++Emotions are also retraced during healing as explained in the article above. It can help you a lot to do deep breathing exercises, and take walks to get your mind more into " present time, " instead of introverted and in the past. When you walk look around a lot at everything outside near and far and soon you'll brighten up. Here's the deep breathing exercises: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php > > Also I've been doing coffee enemas and I noticed I'm not haveing bowels everyday like I use. So don't be concerned about having less movements for a couple of days after enemas. Normally a person has 1 bowel movement per day. All the best, Bee
