Guest guest
Bonnie: Compared to the correct liver product, milk thistle is more of an over-promoted myth. Milk thistle tends to promote glutathione increase, but it doesn't provide the precursors needed to make the glutathione. The biggest liver support is glutathione; precursors are plentifiul in undenatured whey and selenium. Here's a whey link so you have the ability to compare attributes of different undenatured wheys and select the right (potency and price) product. http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/cold-processed-whey.html Personally, I think the milk thistle in addition to the whey and selenium would be good, but won't replace them by a long shot. Guest guest
Hi Bonnie! CS (Colloidal Silver is actually larger particles of silver vs the nano-particles of EIS) or EIS = electrically isolated silver ions is a magic cure. I call it CS for simplicity. I make my own from an off-cast cd player 5 VDC 750 mA transformer, alligator clips, a quart mason jar, plastic lid to insert the 6 " 99.999 % pure 14 AWG silver electrodes in and a 1/4 " bend for the clips. I cook this for 8 to 10 hours and get a 15 to 20 ppm product that will KILL single cell pathogens on contact (IE: candida or yeast). For further info join the silver list: http://silverlist.org/ You can buy commercial units at www.silverpuppy.com or www.silvergen.com I have been taking a tbls of vco with every meal for about three weeks now and my body temp has raised from 96.8 to normal 98.6..... Guest guest
Good luck . The best gall bladder, liver flush is by Hulda . I've done it with good results. Good luck man. liver I have a liver problem too, Hyperbilirubinemia. My Bilirubin count has been high for at least a year. Also some liver enzymes are very high. Tested negative for Hepatitis A, B and C and. Ultrasound confirmed no blockage in bile ducts. Have been taking many herbs to unclog the liver in addition to gall bladder flushes and acupuncture. Viral/bacterial infection? My doctor is hoping my current treatments of 8,000 IU of vitamin D a day and weekly UV Light treatments of the blood will kill off the bad stuff and help get the immune system working again to the point where it corrects itself. We'll see. Guest guest
With most people the elektrosmog is attacking the liver. The stuff coming out is not strange. It consists fof gallstones together with cholesterol stones. Many people who did this 24 hour priceless liver cleansing method, did feel afterwards much better. They were less bothered by the elektrosmog, and had more energy. The stuff that I was referring to looked like black gravel. Guest guest
Hey , I was just thinking, have you tried FIR lights or saunas? I know the UV is for breaking down the bilirubin, but the other might help you sweat that and other stuff out. I sometimes just sleep with my 250watt one on me all night. Feels great. Well, I don't about as it warms up in the summer, but up to now it's been good. ~ Snoshoe > > I have a liver problem too, Hyperbilirubinemia. > My Bilirubin count has been high for at least a year. Guest guest
Does anyone else have large brown spots on the backs of their hands? Mine are very bad and I think it's a combination of the incoming pollution and the electronic problems I have. I feel so ashamed of them. Guest guest
Thanks Marc. I've found that in the past after bad bouts they're worse and they do fade, but come back again when the problem is bad. Guest guest
Hi Maureen I just signed on. I am on a few other EMF lists but I love this one. I am working on an introductory post but I want to jump in on this one. My husband has several on his arms. He has been going through a deep course of classical homeopathy and they got worse. He finally went to the butcher and got a couple of butterfly (thin) cuts of steak. He kept one on for about 24 hours and they lightened considerably but they were pretty hot to the touch. He then applied organic castor oil and wrapped it in saran and went to sleep. The next morning the spots were significantly diminished. He is now sleeping with a poultice of the second steak. The homeopath thinks that he has a very old virus from when he was about 9 years old. Classical homeopathy is a tough course to follow but has had so many problems for about 10 years that it has been very worthwhile. I don't think there are too many good classical homeopaths around. Good health to you all and I will finish my intro soon. Yolanda On Jun 22, 2007, at 2:00 AM, m.a.norman wrote: > Does anyone else have large brown spots on the backs of their > hands? Guest guest
Thanks Yolande it sounds like something is in the meat the body is deprived of and is replenishes by it.. Guest guest
if you see a "normal" doctor they may want to remove the gallbladder just like they want to cut out everything else LOL I have never had another attack and the pectin took care of the first one so don't give up any body parts without a fight! Engtovo liver Posted by: " Copp" nana_0357@... nana_0357@... Sat Nov 7, 2009 7:14 pm (PST) I never even considered gallbladder! Thanks so much to those of you who have replied to my post. I will be seeing my doc this week and will definately discuss this with her. It is so hard sometimes to seperate health issues from Iodine. What is a detox reaction and what is something else altogether. That is exactly why this sight is such a tremendous resource. Thanks to all who contribute. Guest guest
Elizebeth, There is a difference between cuts of meat in terms of nutrient value. Organ meats, liver, kidney are very high in nutrients. Much higher than say sirloin, fillet or rump steak for the same weight. Strangely though organ meats are much cheaper. Consider the vitamins and mineral content of the 100g of lamb's liver shown in this link http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/lamb-veal-and-game-products/4669/2 For example vitamin A 25999 IU or 520% of the daily value,(DV) 0r Niacin 83% of the DV or folate 100% of the DV, B12 1428% of DV. and in minerals iron 57% Dv, Copper 492% DV, Selenium 166 %DV and provides 51% of protein intake DV. All of the above are part of any healthy regime and in a bio available form unlike many synthetic vitamins.with dubious origins and GMO ancestry. Iron too is heme which is much more bio available than nonheme as in lentils and beans. B12 is so high makes one wonder about the scientific status of Daily Values. however B12 deficiency can create serious health problems.and is difficult to get in a vegetarian diet. The other important consideration is the inflammatory factor. or how acid is the food we are eating as acidity can give rise to inflammation. To overcome this problem the owner of the site shown above, has a colourful triangle which shows a colourful triangle with an inflammatory number. for lamb its -670 so quite acidic. One would need to balance this with much more alkaline foods vegetables, including greens, parsley, cabbage etc. inflammationfactor.com. shows the inflammatory values of regular foods. which you may find interesting.
