9 day program questions

Quick question(s). I am preparing to go on a 9 day program, but I need to ask

few questions before that.

1. Since I only have a LATEX bulb syringe, bought locally, it's definitely

unsafe to be using it so many times during the 9 day program, right? I did

place an order online at enemasupply.com for the faultless bulb syringe, but

haven't received it yet. So what I'm thinking of doing is rather than putting

toxic through my sensitive area (even though indirectly from the water that is

in the bulb), can I just start my day 1 withOUT any enema and move on to day 2

and stay on day 2 for a while and soon as the latex-free syringe arrives, can I

use that for 9 days, twice a day from there?

2. Does the bone broth HAVE to have an acidic medium in them? I don't know if I

can tolerate lemon. Like, I actually don't know if I am or not tolerating them

right now. My teeth get sensitive a bit and my throat tickles a bit and my lips

tickle also, but I'm not sure if these are any bad reactions to the lemon.

Well, I'm going to back track a bit so might as well get used to it now or can I

make bone broth without any lemon or vinegar. I don't seem to react when I use

the lemon to marinate my meat though. Electrolyte drinks cause ..well don't

even know if I want to call them problems...so, uhh cause....difference?:)

3. Does the pureed consistency need to be liquid consistency, or can I just

grind/blend them until gooey and/or mud-like to somewhat edible texture instead

of drink-like? I mean you do need some water, but I'm not sure if I need to

actually make it a drinking liquid.

Thanks as always.

+++Yes, you can do that.

+++There's so little lemon in each cup of bone broth it won't make any

difference at all.

+++Pureed foods aren't totally liquid, since they should be the consistency of

baby foods, so they are gooey or mud-like.

All the best, Bee
