> Hi Bee,I was wondering if anyone while healing has experienced very itchy

pimple-like bumps that don't seem to go away with antifungal creams. Its

driving me crazy because its so itchy and it seems that every morning I have a

new one somewhere else on my body. Just want to make sure this isn't dangerous

either. Thank you so much

+++Hi Lore,

I understand how the itching can drive you crazy. I had it when I had candida

too, and it's like you want to go into a scratching frenzy.

It is not at all dangerous. It is very common for people on this program to get

all kinds of skin rashes, eruptions, etc., which are toxins coming out through

the skin and evidence your body is detoxifying better.

The skin is one of the best ways the body gets rid of toxins, which protects

vital inner organs. So it is a good thing, even though it is very unpleasant.

It is best to just let it run its course.

You can apply unrefined coconut oil and/or pat on some baking soda to help with

the itching. You can also take a baking soda bath once a day - put about 1/2

cup in warm (not too hot) water and swish it around to mix it well and relax in

it for 15-20 minutes.

But as with any healing and detoxifying, healing comes from within, mainly by

consistently following the diet and taking the supplements.

Hang in there Lore!

Healing hugs, Bee
