I know I'm posting way too many times in such a short time, and probably will

keep on asking lot of questions, so please forgive me for that.

Haha, I don't know what I was thinking, but I need to make few corrections so

you don't misunderstand what I said. I put " I eat 100-150g meat, " but I eat

NEED to eat WAY more to be satisfied. If I was to increase or decrease the

amount of meat/food just for satisfaction, would that be a bad thing? I'm

planning to increase veggie carbs to 300g max if I have to, to be full and

satisfied so I don't get hungry so fast or at bed time at worst. Just disturbs

me to a point I can't sleep. My stomach rumbles and grumbles every 5 seconds if

I don't satisfy my body and actually feel empty in my stomach area.

This rumble and grumble of my stomach has been happening even more since I went

on this program (even during day time), but I'm guessing that would be from

another reason, which I have no clue about. Could this also be detox symptom?

Well, just so you know I'm a heavy eater here's an example (very rough) menu I

USED to eat before I was on this program.

Morning: 4-5 Ezekiel bread with 4 medium size slices on raw cheese and about 2-4

tbsp almond butter.

Lunch: 5 medium-sized chicken wings, 2-4 breads or bowl of brown rice or quinoa,

about 200-300...maybe 400 sometimes of cooked veggies (includes potatoes, yams,

and other high starch veggies). at least 2 but most likely 3 tbsp of coconut

oil in one meal. I just literally poured olive oil to cover the plate (probably

6-8tbsp?). Again this is in one meal

Dinner: 200-400g of spaghetti with 2-5tbsp tomato sauce. 200g or more veggies

on top of this and sometimes 5 chicken wings added to this already massive meal.

I'm just going say lot of coconut oil and olive oil. Man, I'm already getting

hungry just remembering my meals right now.

SO, yeah! This is actually my " average " amount I used to consume and obviously,

didn't matter if I was stressed or not. This was and I can say IS normal to me.

Been skinny (had some ups and downs) and ate a lot all my life. I was 171cm,

62kg before I went on this program, but I used to be 56-57kg a bit before that

weight and I only gained weight because I had that " junkfood nightmare " times

where I was just draining cakes and donuts and ramen down my throat, which

caused various other problems added to my bowel problems and depression, such as

LPR, random nose bleed, my old sinus allergies came back and short of memory and

so on. Some are settled but my LPR is severe to a point I have limited voice to

use which is another reason I can't go and look for a job. ...this is another

story I guess, sorry.

I think I can create a dictionary writing about my health condition and how much

I want to recover from this misery. I was just going to ask a few questions

like I wasn't even that unhealthy and won't even be remembered, at first, but

the more I ask questions, bee and other people here, just kindly, SO kindly help

me, advice me so I couldn't resist to write details about myself. I know you

have to do a lot of reading in a day, and this type message might get annoying

at times, but like I said, without expressing myself 100%, I don't think I can

ask for help from my heart. I will slowly write details about myself every time

I come up with a different question or problem, if I can and if it's not so

disturbing for you.

By the way, none of foods were pureed either for my past diet; may be I

shouldn't eat pureed foods cause it doesn't give me a chance to chew for a long

time, which does help satisfy me, and when I was eating that much food I had

regular bowel movement (once every day) and when I was still eating healthy (was

following mixed-type diet of the famous metabolic diet) and decided to decrease

my amount of food consumption a little for further success in building my body,

but then I was hungry pretty much every hour before I was suppose to eat (like

felt emptiness) and also couldn't wait to wake up the next morning to eat again

at bed time. I even HAD to wake up early because I was so hungry from the night

before.

Another info: I lost 6kg of weight and 5% of body fat within a week after I went

on your program lol. I think I just loose energy so fast. Definitely not a

good energy retainer.

I think this was a overload of reading and I even tried my best to shorten

everything, but this was the best I could do. Really sorry, but hopefully I got

my message to you and hopefully you can allow me to eat as much as I want as

long as I stay 60:20:20 or 80:20 or around the 80:20 ratio with some veggies.

But, hey, I can't be too disobedient and screw myself up so if you have any

suggestions, like if I need to backtrack or lessen some particular type of

foods, that would be great. Otherwise I'm on my journey to total health!

awful feeling up until I reintroduced bread in the morning. Now, I'm really not

sure if I should even backtrack at all. Maybe it's too late and my body is

trying to adjust to Bee's diet:). Well, I guess I will have bad symptoms if I

go back, but is that worth the backtracking if the symptoms are same, but one's

good and one's bad?

keep on going. I know it's even hard for you to tell a person's severity of

illness and how they are reacting, exactly, through text, but I would like a

definite " do this! " kinda word from you so I can follow my decision with

confidence. Like I said on the previous post(s), it's not like I'm not 100%

constipated. It is sometimes hard to get out when I go, but at the same time

don't have any urge to go. Though I also have diarrhea (loose rectum - when gas

comes out, it feels the portion of the stool wants to come out, but just a

little bit actually releases when I quickly go to the washroom soon after I feel

this awkward sensation).

>

trying to " go " and not much happened then, but when I got back to my room, I had

a sudden urge and stools came out when I went back to the washroom again. Stools

were still thin, but many came out (I'm sorry to be too detailed). Thanks to

your advice:).

decided to do now is add carbs, but only eat more cooked veggies (150-200g+) as

carbs and eat 100-150g of meats with at least the lowest amount of my

recommended fat intake. You said I shouldn't lower any fat intake so I'll keep

it at my lowest, if anything, but planning to eat around 200g fat and see how

things go. I'm feeling fine after my lunch, which was

though I might be feeling more severe healing reactions than others, as long as

I be strict with the diet and bare with healing symptoms, I can just keep on

running through this journey of total health? My body will adjust eventually to

heal my body completely? No stopping of healing or my body won't die and

shut-off from overwork? If my decision to keep on going is not going to

interfere with any recovering, though I might have bad times more than others,

then I have no reason to backtrack, so I needed to make sure.

+++Hi Reen. The reason I recommended you backtrack is because you said you were

constipated, which for new people is because they went on this program too fast.

However you don't actually have constipation, so I think you should just

continue on this program without backtracking.

>

> You said healing could stop on one post, but if I'm not constipated I should

keep on going.

+++Maybe that was a bad choice of words. Healing doesn't actually ever stop,

but it can slow down if you overwhelm your body and don't take the time it needs

to get accustomed to changes.

>> Since I can't tolerate the " carb-carbs (bread, grains, etc.) " what I've

decided to do now is add carbs, but only eat more cooked veggies (150-200g+) as

+++That's a good plan Reen!

+++You aren't nearly as bad off as many people on this program. Yes, your body

will eventually adjust itself, and you will come out okay.

+++No, you do not want to increase your veggie carbs at all, nor any carbs!

That would be a big mistake. Just in case you missed it: Carbs are any foods

not classified as protein or fat.

+++You can increase protein as much as you want IF your fat ratios are at least

at the lower range.

+++It is common to feel hunger when you first start on this program, which will

pass as your body changes over from running on sugar/glucose/carbs to running on

good fats, which takes approximately 4 months. So hang in there since this too

shall pass.

+++Yes it can be detoxing too. There will be many changes in your body as you

progress on this program, and every single one is for very good reasons. You

will be able to take these changes more in stride if you understand retracing

and more about how the body heals itself naturally - here's a wealth of articles

to read in your leisure:

Hi Reen.

I used to be hungry all the time before I went really low-carb. I realised

later that not only was it because my body was demanding nutrition and I was

giving it nutrient-devoid carbs, but the gas that was generated too.

Often I would feel really hungry, then give a burp and the 'hunger' would go

away.

Now I eat way less than I used to, but ALL my food is highly nutritious. I find

that the more nutritious my food, the less I actually need.

My great-granddad used to say that if the plants were really healthy, the

caterpillars wouldn't need to eat so much in order to morph into butterflies -

they'd get all the nutrition they needed for the process on less food without

stripping the whole plant! I guess the same applies to us too, eh? :oD
