Guest guest
Hello fellow travelers. I just noticed something. I've had a small ringworm patch for about 9 months. Before knowing better, I sporadically used the ointment that my doc recommended. I forgot about it... I'm SLOWLY working my way into the program, sugars are massively decreased and I'm on most of the supplements right now. I'm also slowly adding the Nutiva raw coconut oil... As I'm sure many have guessed where this post is going... The spot/circle is GONE!!! While I'm not 100% yet, please be encouraged. At least do your best to drop the sugar and add coconut oil, even in small amounts, HELPS! I am usually an all or nothing person, am working on changing that... My foods weren't totally horrific to begin with, but, it's a journey. One baby step at a time is making a difference in my life. Be encouraged fellow travelers. Guest guest
Kathy, I have been applying coconut oil to a red patch that I have too. I know its fungal related. And it is getting better. I am also ingesting coconut oil. I tried the egg drink this morning. And boy did it taste good, surprisingly. Thanks for your post it is encouraging! Suzanne > > Hello fellow travelers. Guest guest
Kathy- I, too, am discovering the amazing topical uses of coconut oil! I have been applying it to my face evernight, and my moderate, cystic acne is almost all gone! It also helps decrease the redness and scarring of the acne I had in the past. I also, cut my finger chopping lemons the other day, and have been applying coconut oil to it. In the past, I would have used antibiotic cream, but no more. The coconut oil is actually helping to heal way faster and and more efficiently that antibiotic cream ever did. Amazing stuff, right? Best, > > > > Hello fellow travelers. I just noticed something.
