Hi Star,

I wonder why you feel the need to disinfect fish? I just rinse it

off and cook well. The cooking would destroy any harmful bacteria...

unless the fish is actually starting to spoil -- then, don't eat it!

If you feel a need to disinfect things in the kitchen, a few things

come to mind, like simple white vinegar (I clean almost everything

with this!) and grapefruit seed extract (GSE), which is a wonderful

disinfectant for cutting boards and so on, and totally natural.
