Guest guest
Hello, I just read something very scary about candida. This person (herbalist) was telling me that if you go off the candida diet or start taking various types of medication give by the doctor (anitbotics, etc) the candida can come back with vengence and then they learn to start eating themselves.....which the person is doomed at this point. Did anyone ever hear of this? Man, this is scary stuff.

However, if you return to the Candida diet and feed your body the proper nutrients it needs to heal & nourish your body and eliminate medications. Your immune system will heal and force the aggressive form of Candida to change back to its friendly healthy form. So No, you or any other person is not doomed if you go off the diet for a short bit and then return to the candida diet. Some people on the group have done this and they still progressed once back on the diet. Sounds like Mr.Herbalist is pitching some " Gloom and Doom " to scare in some new clients. You would benefit from reading comic books more than reading this herbalist's nonsense. Ignore him. Business as usual, continue with the program, nothing to concern you there.
