Guest guest
Hello everyone: Well, I don't recall the last time I wrote something. I had my silicone/saline implants removed 1/29 & at first was told they contained betadine or steriods. I had them sent to Dr. Blais in Canada for testing -- I haven't heard back yet. I'm anxious to know what that stuff was! I felt wonderful at first, but haven't been doing well since. My fatigue is so bad, I gave notice at my work. The 28th was supposed to be my last day, but my co-worker is going out of town & she doesn't trust anyone else to cover her desk - so 3/9 will be my last day. I need to use whatever small amount of energy I have on my son. Hubby & I celebrated our 9th anniversary on 2/15. We'd planned to get a sitter & go to Red Lobster (my favorite) on Saturday. And we did do that, even though hubby lost his job on Friday. He was handed a fax from the main office stating they were combining 2 positions & they already had someone qualified to do both jobs. (No way, Glenn was already doing 2 jobs!!) Anyway, they let him go FRIDAY! They said in lieu of 2 weeks notice, they'd give him 2 weeks pay. Plus, he's owed 2 weeks vacation since he just celebrated his 2nd anniversary at this place. To top that stuff off, Jeff came home from school Friday (he's in 3rd grade) with a paper saying he's on academic probation for 4 weeks because of missing assignments! I feel guilty - I haven't had the energy to get on him about his homework. I've been very unavailable to him. Not that his homework isn't his responsibility, but when I can barely make dinner for him, etc., that's pretty pathetic mothering. Glenn, hubby, is going to Cape Girardeau MO tomorrow to look for work. We were planning to move there this summer, so it didn't seem to make sense for him to job hunt here. Talk about stress............. For those who believe, please pray for my family. hugs to all, peg PS) Hubby lost job = we lose health insurance..........
