rotation of foods and fish

How important is it that I rotate foods? 

I don't like beef, and lamb is so expensive.  I have been eating chicken, pork,

and turkey for months now.  Sometimes I eat all of them on the same day.  Should

I be worried about this?  I eat fish about once a week -- sometimes twice -- but

I'm nursing so I'm unsure of how much I should eat because of the mercury. 

Breastfeeding websites give info on how much seafood is okay, but do you have a

different opinion, Bee?
