Guest guest
Hi , If you take nutritional yeast flakes, 1 heaping tablespoon X 2 a day or 2 heaping tablespoons X 1 a day, you do not need to take additional niacin. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php#ac Nan B. moderator Wn T wrote: > > If I take the nutritional flakes 1 tablespoon X 2 a day do I also take it with niacin 50mgs
Guest guest
Related question: I take nutritional yeast flakes in the AM and B Pill in the PM. How much flakes should I take? I've been doing 1 heaping tbsp with a separate niacin. Do you think that is right? Thanks in advance for your insight, Dawn > > Hi , > > If you take nutritional yeast flakes, 1 heaping tablespoon X 2 a day or 2 heaping tablespoons X 1 a day, you do not need to take additional niacin. > > http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php#ac > > Nan B. > moderator > > > Wn T wrote: > > > > If I take the nutritional flakes 1 tablespoon X 2 a day do I also take it with niacin 50mgs >
