decided to cheat a little over the holiday and it turned into a full on binge of

with myself and trying to move past this but I'm wondering how bad this is for

my body? I am strictly on your diet and have been for almost 2 years now. When I

binge this badly how bad does it put my body into shock? I guess I'm wondering

how badly am I hurting my body from having a binge like this of lots of bad

carbs and sugar? Again, I'm so upset I even did this but its like if I start I

can't stop. I know I've set myself back a lot but I'm more concerned about the

damage I did to my body after getting so healthy and then binging on basically

all junk it seems like. Anyway, I guess I just want your professional knowledge

on the bad effects I did over this weekend. I'm more worried about the shock I

put my body through.

+++Hi ,

It is so easy to slip back into addictions, but don't be overly concerned since

all you need to do is " get back on the program! "

All of the good nutrients you've been getting these 2 years have been doing

their job all along, so this is a temporary setback that won't last much longer

than a week, maybe less.

Hopefully it helps you become more determined to not go off the program in

future because of how you suffer for it.

My acupuncturist was talking to me the other day and told me a story of a woman

he treats who has been eating really well for 3 years.

She told him she was horrified when she found herself going into a cake store

and buying a whole cake and stuffing the whole thing in her mouth as fast as she

could. She said she couldn't seem to stop herself. She was berating herself

mercilessly because it made her feel so terrible.

My acupuncturist said one thing to her and to me (he is very wise)- He said,

" you need to attend to that part of yourself that got comfort from foods you ate

as a child. That part of you still needs comfort but you need to find a

different way of getting that comfort. You can't just ignore that place hoping

it will go away because it won't. "

I think what he said was very important and very helpful.

Lots of hugs

Thanks for the encouragement Bee. I just get so down on myself when I do this

because I know I'm smarter than that at this point. I've been just having the

Egg Drink for a few days right now to get past this tough spot even though it

was completely self induced. Of course my liver has been hurting on and off the

last few days. I haven't done a coffee enema in over 3 months but I know you

recommend them if someone has liver pain. But being I did cheat should I not do

a coffee enema and just let it go away on it's own? I don't want to overdo

anything but also want to help my body through this hard time. Let me know if I

should do one or a few of the enemas to help my liver or just skip it all

together.

Thanks for your help,

+++Hi ,

You should do a coffee enema, along with Epsom salt baths, and dry skin

brushing, which help your body detoxify the bad effects of your cheat.

Thanks Bee. I did a coffee enema this weekend and have been taking an Epsom Salt

bath every other day along with doing dry skin brushing once a day. I know you

said I should feel better in about a week after the cheat I had. But being I did

cheat for a whole weekend and not just one meal doesn't that mean for each cheat

I had it would take my body 5-7 days to compeltely detox each cheat? I know

you've said before from a cheat it takes about 3-5 days for the body to detox

from it but that would just be one cheat (within 2 hours, right?). Do you think

since I've been on your program for almost 2 years and I got right back on track

after the weekend cheat it can detox more efficiently? Just very confused on

what my body could be doing right now. Not sure if I'm still detoxing my cheats

and could be for weeks...Thanks!

+++Hi . You cheated a whole weekend so it will take longer to detoxify

than if you consumed a cheat in a 2 hour period 1 time in a week. How long it

takes to detoxify is different for each person so it may be longer than 7 days.

I did recommend doing a coffee enema which helps your body detoxify.

Hi Bee. Well I am feeling way better today now again. Headaches finally went

away after a week, vaginal discharge has now stopped and the diareha is back

again...have had it for months but when I cheat it goes away. I assume this is

because my body isn't able to detox as well when I go off the diet so the

diareha stops and then when I'm giving my body what it needs again it starts

again when it's able to detox??? Does that make sense?

The coffee enema for sure helped a lot so I'm glad I did one. Otherwise the

Epsom Salt baths and dry skin brushing is helping also.

Thanks Bee!

+++Hi . That's great you are feeling better. You go girl! Yes, that

makes sense about why you stop detoxing.

The best, Bee
