Low Carb (Kwasniewski, Lutz)

Hey there,

I'm trying to cure my Candida for a bit longer than a month now. I started by

eating Low-Carb as described in the Book " Homo Optimus " of Kwasniewski and

" Leben ohne Brot " of Lutz (also mentioned in Kwasniewski's book), and after a

while I found Bee's Page and read through all of the Candida articles. While

reading them, a few questions came up to me and I couldn't answer them by

reading through the articles again and also not by searching in this group.

Those are:

- Is it possible to cure Candida just by eating how Kwasniewski recommends it?

- Where can I find more information about WHY some food is on the " Diet

No-Nos " -list? For example cheese or boxed foods, such as liver pastry (because I

really like those).

I'm asking those questions because I am a student and I can't afford eating

organic free-range meat and eggs and not much else. I can either eat

conventional meat or eat very little of free range meat and instead more cheese

and cream and maybe also some other dairy products. Though I really understand

how important it is for me to overcome Candida, I don't think it got me too

hard, because I lived quite healthy before, just one year of eating

not-good-food (moved out of home). Also my only problems are specific to the

perception and mind (concentration problems, feeling dizzy, having kind of

illusions), which were occurring extra hard after eating " bad " food - that's how

I came to the topic of candida) and chronic fatigue syndrom, which is already

gone after one month of diet completely.

Please help!

Greetings from Swiss (where the best cheese is made ;])

Chris
