This is such an important topic for me; I want to be > positive of my choices... +++Hi , It is always better for health to get all of the natural minerals that Mother Nature provides. I couldn't say " all tap water " is okay since I couldn't possibly know that. My parents had well water and it tested very low in minerals, and both of them had diseases related to low minerals. I've never known any City water to be low in minerals like my parent's well water. So testing well water or other sources would be advisable.
