program now. I have had digestive issues and food intolerances for years now.

I already am off gluten, dairy, soy and sugar and I just stopped eating fruit.

I'm just afraid if I cut all carbs out I will detox too quickly and it will be

in my m,ilk. What do you think? Thanks!

+++Hi there. Welcome to our group. You do not cut out all carbs on this

program. Carbs are all plant foods including vegetables. In fact carbs are any

foods not classified as protein or fat.

You and your baby are already handling a lot of toxins because you are

unhealthy, and your baby probably has candida too - see this article which

explains how babies acquire candida before they are born:

Of course you need to slowly change over to this program so your detoxifying and

healing symptoms aren't too severe.

Please ensure you read two important articles so you know what you need to do

and why:

Hi!

I started the program a little over a month ago and I too am nursing an 11 month

old baby. I did the switch over to the diet too quickly, but my body adjusted

in about two weeks. While everyone is different, it stands to reason that if

you continue to nurse often, you will have milk. As long as you are eating and

drinking enough.

My milk supply was not affected at all. From what you said, you are well on the

road to this diet anyhow cutting out most of the bad food not on this diet. Bee

has mentioned before, healthy momma means healthy baby.

Cheers,

Amy
