Guest guest
My girlfriend just got pregnant, how are ultrasounds bad for the baby? Thanks, Mike Hi Bee, Its Neary again. When I found out I was pregnant, I scheduled my first OB confirmation appointment and my gynecologist office requires an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy or else they would not be able to see me. Most of the other offices requires the same as well. I know ultrasounds are harmful for me and the baby...What should I do bee? Thank you. Guest guest
There is some speculation about hearing impairment. What you can see for sure is that babies in utero move away from the U/S during the test. That must say something. I think there is a small amount of radiation in U/S.
