Guest guest
Patty, you may be interested in this one: From the book:What your Doc may not tell you about Menapause by Dr Lee- Page 148 - '"It has been my experience in practice that when a women with Hashimtos Thyroiditis is given progesterone for Osteoporosis, for example there results a diminution on the severity and sometimes a complete resolution of the thyroiditis problem. One can hypothesize that estrogen dominance may have had a hand in triggering the errant antibodies and thus corecting the estogen dominance leads to the gradual corection of the problem. Progesterone is also the main precurser of corticosteriods, and in progesterone defiencent women , restoration of normal progesterone levals may enhance normal corticosteriod production, thus supressing the autoimmune attack."' Isnt that awesome? And to me, I didnt have all these "Full Blown" problems until after I had my son ceaseran. I wonder if the excess estogen from all the years of my implants, on top of my history with estogen dominance (I started my period at 9) and then the estrogen release from the pregnancy all led to too much estogen, throwing me into a hormonal inblance, my progesterone off, and thus causing my auto immune illnesses.I mean, I cant believe how much better I am feeling on this stuff! I have asked the Lord every day to guide me to the solution, and to also complete my healing with these health issues. And maybe this is the last step in my healing process. I have taken the implants out, I have fasted, detoxed, excersized, changed my diet, read, and read, and maybe this hormonal thing is the last page to my healing, my wellness. Please let it be so, I dont mean to babble, but I havent felt this good for so long!I could cry...
