Hi Ina

If you've been following Bee's prgm for 8 months, you're ready for the full 5.5

Tbsp CO. If you're having 4 Tbsp/day now, next week, increase it to 5 Tbsp.

The following week, ramp up to the full 5.5 Tbsp/day.

Here is how I get Bee's recommended 5.5 Tbsp coconut oil/day:

50 grams in my morning egg drink (which is made with either 3 or 4 eggs; this

drink also includes 20 g Butter)

14 grams in a cup of bone broth; i do this twice/day

I use butter when I'm reheating my meat (or just top it) and then on my steamed

(to death) veggies.
