Yes, it is wise not to feed your sweet tooth, even with stevia, if you have a

problem resisting sweets.

All carbs (plant foods) change into sugar in the body which feeds candida and

stimulates insulin production, but it is impractical to eliminate all carbs

including vegetables.

That's why this program is low-carb, moderate protein and high good fats. This

program reverses insulin resistance and changes the body over from running on
