Guest guest
Hi Bee and Merry Christmas I have a quick question. I saw that sardines are allowed on the list and so I was wondering if those sardines in a can with tomato sauce is alright?? Thank you and have a wonderful Christmas! Guest guest
Hi Sasha, And a Wonderful Christmas to you too Bee outlines, " What Kind of Fish Are Best - recommendations by Bee " in message #96093, where she states about canned fish: " Buy all canned fish that is packed in olive oil or spring water. " Any tomato sauce would be carbohydrate, which would be not OK depending on where you are in the program. I suppose you could just rinse the tomato sauce off before eating the sardines to limit the carbohydrates. Be well, Nan B. > > Hi Bee and Merry Christmas > > I have a quick question. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm in need of help. Usually, when I drink too much milk or cheese before going on this diet, I started feeling stomach pain and then had to go diarrhea, while having that, I also started feeling light headed and felt like throwing up. Now, while on this diet and consuming this much of oil . . . My food comes back up. For example, today morning, I ate 3 eggs + 2 tablespoon coconut oil + 1 tablespoon ghee. I added tomatoes into my eggs. And, in the afternoon, I ate one chicken breast? I don't know which part and one drumstick + 2 tablespoon coconut oil + some oil from the chicken. Of course, I took 1/4 Vitamin C in between and once in the morning in capsule form with bioflavonoids. And, I started feeling, like I had to poop and so I did, and I didn't have diarrhea, but I had soft stools and then started feeling lightheaded and felt like throwing up many times, and when I burped, everything came up, including the tomatoes from earlier this month. Vomiting like this is turning off my appetite and I'm already finding everything that I eat tasting pure disgusting. I don't know if other people feel lightheaded, and want to vomit or vomit when they have diarrhea. Please help me. Thank you! Sasha
Guest guest
Hi Lilac, Thank you for the response. I actually know of that site. Sometimes, even though things are mentioned safe, like clay for body, Bee doesn't recommend it so that's why I thought she might be able to advice me. I'm using benzoyl peroxide temporarily to cope with breakouts caused by salicylic acid products, so when the breakouts subside, I plan to switch to something else. Thanks again for your help. Guest guest
Hello Nan B. Merry Christmas, Nan B. Ah, yes, I remember reading that, but sardines hardly come packed in spring water where I live, they're usually in tomato. But, according to the calculations, I'm supposed to consume 44 grams of carbohydrates, that's why I thought it should be okay? . . . . Thank you! If the tomatoes you added to the egg drink weren't well-cooked they can cause digestive problems for some people. So that's what you vomited, and not the eggs and fats in the drink, right? You have soft stools but not diarrhea which is watery. However, vomiting and feeling lightheaded are detoxifying symptom, so they aren't a bad thing. Detoxifying also affects your taste buds because toxins are also coming out through your mouth. Also if you've ever had vomiting and been lightheaded in the past your body will be retracing them while it is healing itself - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php All the best, Bee

Check the label - does it say it only contains cooked tomatoes, or does it also have other ingredients like salt (which would be table salt), etc. It is probably better to rinse off the sardines. If the tomatoes you added to the egg drink weren't well-cooked they can cause digestive problems for some people. So that's what you vomited, and not the eggs and fats in the drink, right? Hi Bee, thank you for responding back. Sorry, that I didn't make it clear. It's not the egg drink, but it's eggs I fried with tomatoes, because I can't seem to stand the strong coconut oil smell. It's nauseating. When, I stated that I vomited the eggs, I was trying to show that what I ate in the morning came back up, like it didn't even digest by the afternoon? However, yes everything came back up, eggs, tomatoes, and my lunch from the the afternoon. > > You have soft stools but not diarrhea which is watery. Yes, that's what I thought, but I had to go to the restroom again, and that's when I started having diarrhea. Sometimes, it starts with soft stools and other times, it's just diarrhea. I thought it could be because of increasing the coconut oil and Vitamin C too quick, so I brought down the dose, and increased it slowly and suddenly, I got these symptoms. Anyways, another thing is that after I eat, I always feel like I have this unsettling feeling, like too much oil and food is just sitting there and because I don't walk around too much, it's just there . . . and as soon as I eat my lunch, sometimes I have to go the restroom, and it just comes back up. I thought it could be digestive problems, but I'm not sure. > > However, vomiting and feeling lightheaded are detoxifying symptom, so they aren't a bad thing. So, I don't have to lower the dosage? Even though, I've seen that article before, I seem to have forgotten about diarrhea. And, I would have this lightheaded and vomiting and diarrhea if I consumed too much milk and cheese, so I thought, I'm lactose intolerant and limited my intake, to prevent feeling that way. You aren't vomiting directly because of the oil, however the oil is helping your body heal and detoxify itself better so that's why you are more able to retrace, heal and detoxify. The combination of fats and oils I recommend all work together and they are the very best detoxifiers for humans. Of course diarrhea is a detoxifying symptom which won't hurt you. You could lower oils a week or two, and then slowly increase it again so you aren't healing and detoxifying so much. I hope that helps, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thank you for responding. The reason I say, it's cause of the oil is because, every time for example if I take one spoon of oil, I start gagging and having the reflux to throw it up. So, are you sure it's retracing? How long is this going to go on? Is there anything I can take to stop this feeling? I was also wondering if it could be the herbs or something, I don't know, just trying to understand why I'm not able to down the oil since I've increased to the correct dosage. Guest guest
Hello Bee, Thank you for replying to me. Yesterday, I thought I was seriously going to die or something. I was shaking and my stomach hurt so bad and I couldn't even walk. I also thought I'm going to throw everything up. After awhile, I brought myself to the kitchen and took Vitamin C and was able to sleep, so I skipped my meal. I woke up later and while heating up my chicken to eat, the smell made me want to throw up. I washed the chicken and tried to eat it, but I couldn't after finishing one wing. I don't know why everything makes me want to throw up and something has seriously messed up my stomach. My sister was cooking eggs for herself, which she uses soy bean oil and it has got nothing to do with me, but as soon as I came out of my room and smelled the oil, I felt like throwing up and had to stay in the room. I was previously doing this diet, without all the supplements, and not in correct doses, but I never felt this so I don't understand. I drank oil by the spoonful, yes it tasted bad, yes it tasted disgusting but I never gagged or wanted to throw up. I don't know if it's cause I take Vitamin C on an empty stomach and the salt or because I'm taking the correct dosage, but I seem to have lost faith in getting better. This was what I thought could help me get better, and I don't know what it was doing. I also can't say, it's the diet, since I'm also on Dr. Zhang's herbs. ***Have you ever had past issues with your throat, or had your tonsils removed, etc. ? Yes, I've heard two thoart infections, but that wasn't it . . . Ever since I started taking oils, I started to feel thirsty so I'd drink more water, but the thing is, water made me want to throw up now. It didn't make me want to throw up before when I did this diet partially. My lips are so dry it's all busted and bleeding at times. So, I limited water intake as much as I could. Everything made me want to throw up. My mom was so worried she couldn't do her work and was scared that I'd fall because of the way I look. I just caved in and just ate regular food and am continuing with Dr. Zhang's to see if this is the problem. If, I continue to feel this stomach pain and vomiting and etc. I'm going to throw away the pills. I just don't know if it's the herbs or the diet and supplements causing me to feel this way. The reason I asked about this is because I don't want to start gagging again and thought it would be a good idea to give my body sometime to get rid of the herbs. @@@Shasha, since you've had throat problems before your body will " retrace " them while it is healing itself - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php I will try to keep this in mind, but I don't know how long to think it's just retracing and it'll pass or if it's related to some stomach issues . . . @@@Also I think you should see the doctor to confirm why you are gagging so badly and some of your other issues so you know more what is going on. Oh? I'm wondering what the doctor would do since they would just externally touch my stomach and maybe give me antibiotics, so is it okay to take these? What sort of tests should I ask for? These few days, I have been eating " normal " food and I haven't felt the way I did before, but then again, I'm not taking any supplements or herbs. I did take a little coconut oil and one Vitamin C pill with food. I'm going to slowly go back into the diet and supplements again and see if I feel any gagging or change in appetite, should I then go to the doctor? The doctors here are going to be very judgmental on why I'm trying to " cure " myself on my own, and tell me not to do stupid things . . . . Also, I'm not sure if the reason I felt that way is cause I took couple of things without food and maybe it was the herbs? I'm not sure. Thank you again, Bee. I'll keep this in mind and ask you when I switch over to you diet. +++If you aren't on my program I cannot advise you anyway, since your reactions and symptoms are not be predicable. When you are on my program allow at least 1 month before you ask questions about things you are experiencing. Bee

Hello Bee, I'm not sure if you got my previous response. /message/101392 I'm just wondering because I asked about seeing a doctor and taking the medications they prescribe. These couple days I have been feeling normal and my appetite has returned and I didn't feel like throwing up so I don't know what the doctor will do for that, probably just ask me to stop whatever I'm doing. So, I started taking the coconut oil, by the spoonful, like I did two days ago, but I gagged and wanted to throw up again and have been feeling stomach pain and feel like throwing up for the past few hours. I did take one Vitamin C capsule as well, but as soon as I took the oil, I started feeling this way. In the case, wouldn't the doctor just tell me to stop the oil, and I know you suggested eating it with food but I think, eventually I'm going to end up feeling like there's just way too much oil in my stomach and body and unable to stomach it. I don't know why no one else feels this way. I guess the herbs weren't the cause of the way I feel . . . How else do I take the oil? Gel capsules with the oil injected into them? I don't know what to do. I don't get why I start to feel this way when I start back up then again, it seems natural to me that taking this much of oil would make anyone want to throw up, yet I haven't came across a post of someone mentioning that. How am I to do this diet for 1 month let alone 11 months when I can't even keep all the oil down? . . . . I feel hopeless. Sasha
Guest guest
Hi Sasha, I feel nauseated sometimes if I eat coconut oil directly off the spoon. I usually pour it over my foods or have it broths or soups or stews, etc. Group Moderator > > > +++If you aren't on my program I cannot advise you anyway, since your reactions and symptoms are not be predicable. > > > > When you are on my program allow at least 1 month before you ask questions about things you are experiencing. > > Hello Bee, > > I'm not sure if you got my previous response. /message/101392 > I'm just wondering because I asked about seeing a doctor and taking the medications they prescribe. Guest guest
Sasha, Did you start slow? I'm starting really slow. I find it easier to eat coconut oil when i'm hungry. I have not made it past Step 1. Coconut oil. Bee says take as long as you need to get fully on the program, and some people take months.
