Guest guest
Hello Bee Thank you answering my questions. I have bought a storage container or some sort before looking at the reply, so I'll just try out the bath. Alright, I shall not do douching. +++Measure out 1/4 tsp and take it 3 times a day, which would be about 1,125 mg each time, which is close enough. But you also need to take 1,000 mg of a vitamin C tablet that contains bioflavonoids, etc. - see my supplements list. Alright. I have actually did this diet for close to a year or so and then after December last year, I followed it but not too closely but my problem with my bladder did not actually stop . . . . .not even sure if it even got better either. I was on the diet for maybe couple months to a year, but I didn't take Vitamin B, calcium, magnesium, still ate rice but took the full doses of Coconut Oil each day along with Shark Liver Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin E. Were those crucial steps? ly, I just felt like I was just trying and going through the diet and the some of the supplements, and I wasn't any better . . . how long does it take to stop all the retracing of symptoms? I was on the diet for almost a year I think .. . . or perhaps a couple months . . . Currently, I'm on a herbal supplement along with this, I know I'm not supposed to do that, but I had bought the pills long ago and I never gave them the chance and they're super expensive but I gave this diet a chance instead and I didn't feel better, so and I figured I do the herbs for three months or so, and see if it helps, if it doesn't, then I don't have a choice but to continue with this diet. I don't how long to keep going through all these retrace of symptoms, it just feels like it's not working since there is no break or good effect, I've considered removing my bladder if this fails. It was either that or giving up on life itself. I just don't understand what the problem with my bladder is . . . I've had multiple infections and I've read how Parsley helps, however, with the several number of infections I've had, I don't know how Parsley helps with all the UTIs and even if it does and since I was on the diet and the supplements somewhat. . .. . why didn't I get better if there was no bacteria in my bladder? I guess what I'm trying to ask is . . . . if all the bacteria is dead and gone from my bladder then why do I still continue to have these symptoms? (I'm just assuming that for those couples months or so that I was following the diet and supplements well, that the bacteria and such died) +++If you go on this program too fast you will get constipated as Curing Candida, How to Get Started explains: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php +++Also if you were constipated prior to starting on this program your body will be retracing it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php I did go on the program too fast. I just decided one day to stop eating all sugars and everything except brown rice but I have always been eating organic chicken . . . guess that's not really going to help since I wasn't really taking much of the supplements, and perhaps coconut oil here and there . . . . . And, last December till earlier this month, I ate all the sugar in the world after being deprived from them for so long . . . . I've always had constipation problems . . . . I've developed piles from it. +++Yes that includes chicken, fish, and all other meats from animals, as well as eggs. So, if I don't eat that much vegetables . . . does it mean that I should do the 80% fats and 20% protein? +++It is very important, which is explained in the coffee enema article. They are prescribed to cancer patients in Mexico clinics since they help unburden the body of toxins. +++Since you are constipated I think you should do my 9-Day Program which includes clear water enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Oh I see. I should buy the enema supplies and such. As for the coffee. . . does the coffee need to be organic? => I have a question about Hydrachloric Acid . . . is this very important? Is it alright to skip? => As for the Parsley tea . . . is it alright to use the Alvita Parsley Tea Bags since finding organic parsley is a difficult. Is it alright to use non-organic parsley . . .? It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. +++So you didn't stay on the program long enough and do it consistently enough for it to help you. So it appears your bladder was just going in circles since it couldn't heal; it's like it was stuck because you weren't on the program well enough. You would also have to be getting at least the lower range of your fat ratios in order to go on the all meats and fats program. > > Oh I see. I should buy the enema supplies and such. Guest guest
Hello Bee. No, I'm Sasha, sorry I keep forgetting to leave my name. +++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. +++So you didn't stay on the program long enough and do it consistently enough for it to help you. So it appears your bladder was just going in circles since it couldn't heal; it's like it was stuck because you weren't on the program well enough. => So, does this mean that I won't feel any improvements in my bladder till years later? Trying to afford organic food and such, is really hard. Since before they were born, wow, so I'm 25 years old. . . and have been ill with this bladder problems for almost 11 years. I guess it was stuck . . . . but I wasn't feeling any improvements at anytime . .. . .I thought I might feel SOMETHING after maybe three months or six months, but I felt nothing . . . . +++How long have you had bladder problems, i.e. in years and months? Also your bladder is one of the ways your body gets rid of toxins, so you could have been overworking it by not being on the program long enough or consistently enough. => Almost 11 years, since I was 16+, started off as an UTI but I don't know what happened, perhaps I didn't go to the doctor quick enough, thought it was my imagination since I never had a UTI before. I had no idea of the symptoms. I was frequenting and had an constant urge and ever since then, that urge hasn't gone away nor the frequency. It escalated to burning and painful spasms and I was taking plenty of antibiotics, it helped . . . temporarily but nothing took away the constant urge, so I could never forget the fact that I had a bladder like normal people don't always remember they have a bladder. The frequency slowed down with antibiotics but never gone and the pain was still there though. This was followed by several appointments to the doctors for four years, more antibiotics and some other medication for bladder spasms . . . nothing helped of course . . . . and if it helped, I wanted to be on them permanently, since the effects wouldn't last and they couldn't be taken long term. I was then on an antibiotic therapy for a year or something, so I took 3 different types of antibiotics for several different infections and the antibiotics were always changed according to the results. I was tested for Bartonella and it came out positive, however, I don't think I have Bartonella . .. . .but I consulted with Dr.Zhang anyways and his herbs, one of them help with Biofilm which is what my nurse thought was the problem. The bacteria is hiding in the biofilm hence the antibiotic isn't able to get to it. And, I'm not sure how but somehow I came across your site and to me it made sense but I was afraid and reluctant to give up my antibiotics since I would start to suffer another UTI and start to frequent the restroom every 2 minutes and it would hurt my kidneys and such . . . . I know this because I went without treatment and was apparently holding onto an infection for 3 or 6 months according to the doctor, when I finally made my way to the doctors.( I was told by doctors here that there was no infection so I just thought all I had were just normal symptoms but they only got worse.) Anyways, one thing that I can honestly say though is that . . . . even though I didn't do the diet properly and not long enough, I was and still am surprised that I didn't end up feeling the way I previously did, but last month I believe, I wanted to go to the doctor and test if I had an infection because my kidneys were hurting, so I'm not sure if it's cause I just started on the diet . . . anyways, I don't feel it anymore. I still am in pain . . . . . now more than ever . . . . but when I got into the diet and stuff, I didn't feel that terrible god forbidden pain I felt before, as for frequency, it's really bad . .. . I spend 2 - 4 hours in the restroom, but I don't go as often probably cause I drink little water . . . .I know I shouldn't. You mentioned that I was overworking the bladder by not being on the diet long enough or consistently enough, but wouldn't not doing the diet take the load off the bladder? Would I only start to show improvement say 11 months or 25 months later? > I've always had constipation problems . . . . I've developed piles from it. +++Then it will take as 1 month for every year you've had it for it to heal. => Wow. I've had constipation problems since 15, I think . . . when you say heal, do you mean that my piles is going to shrink and disappear? . . . That doesn't seem all that possible? . . . My mom had piles too. +++No, only when you eat only meats and fats would you have those percentages and they are in calories and not grams like the ratios you would calculate for this program. You would also have to be getting at least the lower range of your fat ratios in order to go on the all meats and fats program. => What do you suggest that I do? I can't afford to buy organic vegetables so often so most of the time, I only have organic chicken and organic eggs. Speaking of organic chicken, my mom cooks the chicken into a curry, how do I put that into the food journal and calculate, because I'm unsure of the method of cooking. I'm actually taking Organic Coconut Oil (Extra Virgin) by Nature's Glory, but it doesn't say unrefined . . . . so does it mean it's refined? . . . . I ran out of the previous brand I took. Which is the best brand? I took Garden of Life, Omega Nutrition, Nutiva and that's all I can remember. +++All of the instructions, including what coffee to buy is in the coffee enema article. => I read the enema article, but there was no brand or products suggested, only " organic coffee " , so I guess any brand will do as long as it's organic coffee. +++If you have no digestive issues you can skip it, otherwise you'll need to take it. => I'm not sure if I do? How do I find out? I have Calcium and Magnesium by Natural Factors and I saw that I have to take 300mg twice a day . . so one Magnesium capsule is 150mg so that's 2 of them and the Calcium is 350mg each so I just take one, ignoring the additional 50mg? +++Only use fresh parsley to make the ear. Ear? Alright, I'll try looking around for fresh parsley, and is non-organic alright? I also have a random question, I see Stevia powder mentioned but isn't it sugar? .. . . . Is it alright to take at this point of my diet? Thank you, Bee. Sasha

But for total improvement it will take 11 months on this program since you've had it for 11 years. Guest guest
Hi Bee! +++Then it will take at least 11 months on this program for your bladder to totally heal. => I'm not sure how I calculated, but 8 years is right, however, I'll just go with 11 months since I'm doing Dr.Zhang's herbs for 3 months. It sounds too good to be true, to be honest, that my bladder problem of so many years will even heal . . . . By the way, I'm curious, how did this theory came about if you've had an illness for certain number of months, you'd be healed in that same number of months? +++Bacteria doesn't hide in biofilms, they create the biofilms themselves, just like the body creates any bugs needed in order to clean itself up of toxins. I think I read your germs theory. I need to re-read it. Oh? My nurses theory was that they create biofilms and stay inside them so the antibiotic is unable to get into them. So, will being on this diet get rid of biofilms? Like, what exactly happens for the biofilm to be destroyed? Is it the coconut oil? +++Doing the diet actually takes the load off of the bladder, since it helps your whole body detoxify better, and it rebuilds all cells so the bladder becomes stronger. => Ohh, so because the body is detoxifying, I need to make sure I consume 1 1/2 sea salt because I'm losing minerals, right? +++Your symptoms will come and go just like they originally happened. But for total improvement it will take 11 months on this program since you've had it for 11 years. My brother had Crohn's Disease (inflammation & diarrhea) for over 20 years, and he continued to have it 20 months on my program when it finally stopped. => Thank you for sharing the story about your brother. It does give me hope, but I'm also skeptical since I have tried so many things, but I guess I'll just do what you say because it's what makes most sense to me, but not sure about the end results . . . . To think that something I've lived with so long just disappearing . . . . and also forgetting the feeling of urge that I've constantly lived with, is just . . . surreal. +++Your piles should heal well like anything else heals IF you stick with the program consistently for long enough. Even after that you can't go back to the abnormal diet that got you in this fix to begin with. => Does that mean that it's going to shrink and disappear? Really? Oh? When you say, I can't go back to an abnormal diet, what do you mean? Does it mean that I can't eat pizza and other stuff, FOREVER? Do I always have to eat . . . coconut oil and the food on your list? +++That's okay, but watch for vegetables that are irradiated and genetically modified, which depends upon regulations in your country. => Alright, I'll try to. Is it true that eating organic herbs and spices is very important? Like, you can't use ones that are not organic? +++Omega nutrition isn't good, but Garden of Life and Nutiva are excellent. You can get Nutiva at iHerb, and if you haven't ordered from iHerb before you get $5.00 off your first order when you give my Rewards Number: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php => I read Bruce Fife? book about coconut oil and he recommended Omega Nutrition, but you mentioned that it's not good. Any other recommendation would be helpful! Sorry, I'm clueless about coffees. The one selling over here is $32 for 200 grams, that's a lot. =>Oh, and I was wondering, I read up more on Coffee enemas, it states that it'll go into the liver, so it got me thinking, it goes from the anus to the colons and the intentines and to the liver, doesn't it carry harmful bacteria all the way up? Am I missing something? => I read someone else's post on how she has jumpy legs from taking Cal and Mag, sounds . . . scary to say the least. Am I going to have to adjust Cal and Mag when I start taking them? I completely forgot about these symptoms to look for. => Oh alright! There are other reasons a person gets jumpy legs, which is mainly due to toxins. Guest guest
I have a quick question, since I'm feeling really bad. Previously, I was taking 6 tablespoons of Coconut oil or so I thought. And, I just eyeballed the Vitamin C but now that I'm using a measuring spoon, I see that 1 tablespoon of a regular small was only 1/4 the amount of a tablespoon and the Vitamin C was only 1/8. So, what I'd like to know is 15ml = 1 tablespoon right? And, the 1/4 in a measuring spoon is correct? Thank you, Bee Sasha

Yes, 15 ml equals 1 tablespoon, and a complete set of measuring spoons includes 5 different ones: - 1 tablespoon (equals 3 teaspoons) - 1 teaspoon - 1/2 teaspoon - 1/4 teaspoon - 1/8 teaspoon Bee
Guest guest
Hello Bee, I was originally taking what I thought was 5 tablespoon of coconut oil but now that I'm using the measuring spoon, the amount wasn't at all close to what I was supposed to be taking. As for the Vitamin C, I only guessed the amount since I wasn't sure how to take 4000mg excluding the 1000mg with a tablet. And, you mentioned that it has to be 1/4tsp 3 times a day along, but I was not taking anywhere close to that level either, I just guessed the amount previously but now that I have to use the measuring spoon for both, I'm having reactions like loose stools and the amount of oil made me vomit everything I ate the other day since I increased the dosage of both the coconut oil and Vitamin C too quickly. I have to then start working on the Vitamin A and salt. Oh, I'd like to know, is it alright to use facial products and such with Vitamin A when I'm already taking a lot of Vitamin A? I've been doing dry skin brushing for awhile now, but I can't see any results . .. . is there a way to find out? Since they won't help you, I suggest you freeze most of them, and maybe use them now and again added to soups or broths. But don't take them in the quantities originally recommended since they are diuretic and will make your body lose water along with minerals. Hello Bee. You know about the herbs or are all herbs diuretic? I prefer to start your diet without any other supplements and do this treatment as instructed. I don't know if they'll help me, but I don't think it will, it's the same with every treatment but I'm trying to be patient like you said. It's hard. @@@Sorry, but I don't have time today. I'll try to stick to this program as closely as possible. I'm 25. I have trouble filing out FitDaily since it asks things like " small, medium, large " parts of a chicken and I have no idea of the size and it asks in grams or lbs and I'm wondering if I should weigh it or something? I mean there are bones in the chicken like rib area and such, so how can I get an accurate or close to accurate reading? @@@Chelating agents aren't necessary on this program since the high good fats chelate out all heavy metals - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php @@@Your body won't form unnatural bioflims, other than a natural thin layer for protection, if it is healthy. Guest guest
> > Hello Bee. > > You know about the herbs or are all herbs diuretic? I prefer to start your diet without any other supplements and do this treatment as instructed. I don't know if they'll help me, but I don't think it will, it's the same with every treatment but I'm trying to be patient like you said. It's hard. +++Hi Sasha. All herbs and green leafy vegetables are diuretic. > > Could you please share how you developed recurrent bladder infections and what your symptoms were, if you have time. Thank you! +++I got my first bladder infection at 19 years old, and had them off and on for over 3 years fairly steady. It caused very painful urination, scant urine, and blood in the urine. A few years later I got a severe kidney infection, but it only happened once. In my early 30s a cyst in my bladder broke and I went to emergency, but it cleared up okay without treatment. > > I'm trying to remember your words when I feel like nothing is helping. I'm trying to convince myself that though I don't see any changes, something is happening very slowly and unnoticeable at the moment. +++It takes time, patience and persistence with giving your body what it needs so it can heal itself naturally according to its own timing. > > @@@You can put some on the opening to your urethra. It won't hurt you and may provide some comfort. > > I have been doing this once a day. How do I wash the area though? I know I can't use soap and such, so just water . . . but that doesn't remove oil . . . . +++You shouldn't wash off the oil. > > I'm not sure if it's helping but my urge gets stronger since there is wetness there and I have the need to pee more because of that. +++It may help soothe the area but it doesn't heal it since healing comes from within mainly with the " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements) on this program. +++You mean www.fitday.com? When in doubt select medium, however chicken is difficult. It doesn't ask for grams, but you can select ounces. You can also use another kind of Nutritional Calculator which may be easier: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods10.php > > I am going to buy Vitamin B sometime in the future and I saw that Niacin 50mg is needed but the Vitamin B tablet is taken twice a day so do you have to take Niacin 50mg x 2 a day? +++Yes, take 50 mg Niacin 2 times a day along with vitamin B complex. Niacin causes the skin to get red and itchy which is normal but uncomfortable, so read this to understand the reactions you may get: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/niacin.php Cheers, Bee
Guest guest
> Hi Bee. > > I'm taking NOW Vitamin C, so you mentioned that I should take 1/4 x 3 + 1 Vitamin C-1000 with bioflavnoids. ***Hi Sasha. That is correct. > Is there an article on what toxic ingredients to avoid? I've avoided things like tricosolan, SLS, paraben. Is benzoyl peroxide harmful too? ***That depends upon the kind of product, and I don't know all of the names of different kinds of toxins added to products. You can find such lists on the internet by the kind of product, i.e. shampoo. > > > +++What kind of results are you looking for, since it takes time and patience to heal anything. > > I'm not really sure. I don't know if I'm doing it right or what the dry skin brushing is exactly doing to help me . . . and if I feel better or anything, I don't know if I could say that dry skin brushing is something that helped me. I guess I'm a little clueless but just doing it, since I've read that it's a deep cleansing and our skin is the biggest organ that detoxifies. +++It doesn't just help the skin. More importantly it helps your lymphatic system, which involves many organs and lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes throughout the body, which includes your tonsils, spleen, and thymus gland - see the Image on this page to understand it better: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphatic_system The lymphatic system does not have a pump to move it properly, like the heart does, so that's why exercising is important, and dry skin brushing is a mild form of exercise. Here's the benefits of dry skin brushing: * stimulates the lymphatic system * cleans toxins from the lymphatic system * helps digestion * stimulates circulation * increases cell renewal * strengthens the immune system * tightens the skin * removes dead skin layers and other debris collected in its pores To understand more read this Dry Skin Brushing article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat7.php Cheers, Bee
