@@ Hi Bent,

Curcumin the main active ingredient in Curamin is derived from Tumeric, the well

known Indian spice. The factor known as a curcuminoid is isolated from the

Curcumin . The other major player is Boswellia, which is also another natural

powerful anti-inflammatory.

These are the ingredients in Curamin : Curcumin, curcuminoids, dl phenylalanine,

Boswellia and Nattokinase.

Basically this product is an anti-inflammatory for pain management.

However, the ingredient " dl phenylalanine " concerns me, especially when you

consider the side effects. As well as the mixture of powerful anti-inflammatory

properties combined in this product.

Which always presents uncertain concerns when dealing with new fangled

Nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals. Basically unpredictable in reaction in

short/long term use.

If you must persist this direction , then I would recommend Boswellia Complex

alone which should give you satisfactory relief and natural pain management, if

that is your intent. Without any worry of unforeseen complications. The link

below.

This of course, is mentioned in Bee's files and I have recommended Boswellia to

a member in the past. Whom had great success. The member if I recall was Pam

Maltzman.

However, Bent, have you tried Epsom salt baths, white willow bark, and applying

heat for pain management which is recommended in Bee's files? Also, where on

your body is the pain you are experiencing? Lastly , are you taking all the

suggested supplements?

You should consider the above before progressing to utilize Boswellia Complex,

in my humble opinion.
