Guest guest
Hi again Ed! Yeah, I really wanted to acknowledge you for your efforts (and Bee too!) -- but I do realize people are programmed to an extent and want to hold on to false ideas because they grew up with them, etc. I don't think people realize just how much work it is, and how many hours a day you and Bee and the other moderators actually put in to searching for this information, and verifying it against other information... there is a lot of crap available on the internet, and to get through to the average person (which we on this group don't tend to be!) takes a lot of time in researching, to find the real truths. > I just took a quick look at the first link (below) and am so grateful to have this book, " Tragedy & Hope, " by Carroll Quigley which goes into many interesting topics, to me. What a blessing that it is online for us to read! >@@ Hi Jude, >Thank you for your acknowledgment, much appreciated. You & everyone >is welcome for the information. > >Jude, did you mean this ebook ? Did you mean to add >the link ... hehe ;] > >Tragedy And Hope (ebook) ><http://static.scribd.com/docs/4x84nrfrjhy59.pdf>http://static.scribd.com/docs/\ 4x84nrfrjhy59.pdf > >If so, no worries, done it myself, plenty. Thanks, by the way, I >downloaded it and will give it a review in the near future. Agreed, >the Internet is a blessing, especially as one learns to manipulate >it to their advantage. ****Haha! Ed, *you* actually posted a link to this book yourself -- it was one to Lilithe to look at regarding AIDS... funny, I never did find the reference to AIDS on that page, but it was an entire ebook by Carroll Quigley. Funny, I have done that many times, true, where I forget to include a link I'm referring to... ha! >I appreciate your support & condolences in regards to my late >father, you have my condolences in regards to your loss, as well. ****Thank you, I appreciate it; the 'guilt' I feel for not getting through to my dad (*and* mom; she's the one stuck like glue to the solid aluminum cookware she got when she got married in the '40's, and who refused to stop using chlorinated water, etc etc... we can only lead a horse to water, we cannot make it drink; this I've learned the harder way over and over. >Yes, I agree, people can be protective of their belief systems i.e. >diets, education ... etc. It can be instinctive as well in >conjunction with a programming to a degree. ****Too true; I've always been open to new ideas; I do see that 'instinct' to hold on to the old, regardless of what the new may be doing for anyone else. It 'seems' rather human, and the 'powers that be' take advantage of that as they blast the planet with 'control' mechanisms in whatever form... >By introducing the general people to new / unconventional ideas it >opens and awakens people's minds to think for themselves. When one's >foundations of their belief system is shocked enough, they evolve, a >free people. ****Yes, and it's easy to see from your simple and eloquent words (another thing I really appreciate, Ed!) how there 'just might' be some on this planet who do not want people this free, as they are less controllable and won't let the ones seeking power to have it then. That's one reason I was so intrigued by the book I found at that link. It's so well written and speaks to many issues of 'control'. >The Authoritative Government systems i.e Education, Medical, >Business ... etc. don't like this, of course. ****It would erode their ability to shape and control 'the masses' and make them powerful and 'rich' in this power as well as money... Sad, that there are so many people that corruptible (the ones who want the power) that they can't appreciate a simple life of living simply, as Lao Tzu exemplified (my favorite book of a lifetime is " The Way of Life by Lao Tzu, " Witter Bynner translation) and honestly in a free society, where one wants to *help* one's fellows rather than use them. >Lastly, Jude, true on the sequence of HIV -> AiDs. The orchestration >and its invention is the hardest part for people to get their head >around. Its interesting to note Aids was initially a Cancer project >in the 1960's , accordingly. The idea of this stems from >World War 2. Anyway, its intriguing. ****Wow, yes, I find that intriguing (as the true horrible, even evil, can be); when we see the machinations and follow the chain of this game, we can extricate ourselves from it much more easily. >Ha, it still doesn't change I got to pay the bills, anyway ...lol ****Yeah, we all 'pay the bills' for the Cancer Industry and the 'AIDS Industry', ad nauseum.... One day, I do believe, this planet will live in peace and harmony; doubt it will be in our lifetimes, but who knows for sure?
