Hi bee, I am new to this group and really excited about all the wonderful things

that I have read. I have been suffereing from candida for at least 10 years. I

have read through all your articles and ordered the supplements. I have a few

questions that I would like to ask you. On friday I started having aches, a

headache, loss of appetite, and a light sore throat and cough. On sunday the

sore throat got worse so I looked in the mirrior and saw those whtie spots on my

left tonsil. I was in so much pain that I decided to go to the doctor on Monday

and she said that I had strep throat. So she of course gave me an antibiotic,

amoxicillin. I know how bad antibiotics are from past experiences and I'm not

sure why I decided to take it but I did. So on tuesday night about two hours

after I took my last one for the day, I got a itchy rash on parts of my feet,

legs, and arms. I am already familiar with coconut oil and use it often so I

rubbed some on the rash and waited about 3 hours and it was pretty much gone. I

took the antibiotic again this morning and the same thing happeend. Ive taken

this same antibiotic before and never had any rashes from it. My question is,

can I just stop taking the antibiotic and take coconut oil and other natural

things? I am pain free at the moment (in my throat) but I just dont know what to

do. I know that I have to follow this program to become better, but any

immediate suggestions? Thank you so much and I'm really excited about starting

this!

God Bless,

Keri
