Guest guest
> > Hi bee, I am new to this group and really excited about all the wonderful things that I have read. I have been suffering from candida for at least 10 years. I have read through all your articles and ordered the supplements. I have a few questions that I would like to ask you. On Friday I started having aches, a headache, loss of appetite, and a light sore throat and cough. On Sunday the sore throat got worse so I looked in the mirror and saw those white spots on my left tonsil. I was in so much pain that I decided to go to the doctor on Monday and she said that I had strep throat. So she of course gave me an antibiotic, amoxicillin. I know how bad antibiotics are from past experiences and I'm not sure why I decided to take it but I did. So on Tuesday night about two hours after I took my last one for the day, I got a itchy rash on parts of my feet, legs, and arms. I am already familiar with coconut oil and use it often so I rubbed some on the rash and waited about 3 hours and it was pretty much gone. I took the antibiotic again this morning and the same thing happened. Ive taken this same antibiotic before and never had any rashes from it. My question is, can I just stop taking the antibiotic and take coconut oil and other natural things? I am pain free at the moment (in my throat) but I just don't know what to do. I know that I have to follow this program to become better, but any immediate suggestions? Thank you so much and I'm really excited about starting this! > > God Bless, > Keri > @@ Hi Keri, Antibiotics as you might guess are toxic and add burden to your immune system. Yes, stop taking the antibiotic, Amoxicillin and make & take some Garlic tea instead. The recipe is below. Garlic Tea Garlic is a natural antibiotic & is comparable in vitro (in the laboratory) with that of several antibiotics including penicillin, streptomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline and erythromycin. Garlic has been also shown to enhance the activity of natural killer (NK) cells. These are cells that act as part of the immune defense system. Now onwards to the recipe. Recipe : * Boil 4 cups of filtered water, and remove it from the heat. * Add 4-5 large crushed cloves of garlic. * Add the juice of one lemon, freshly squeezed. * Drink 4 cups throughout the course of a day. It is good hot or cold. It may be reheated, but do not bring it to a boil. Guest guest
Welcome to the group, also while you are rubbing on the coconut oil, if you can incorporate it into your diet starting off slowly as Bee reccomends, Coconut oil is also another Natural Antibiotic, and like Ed said Garlic is an amazing natural antibiotic. Hope your feeling better soon. Carol From: keri50702@... In fact all skin issues are caused by toxins coming out, which is a good thing. It means your body is still working hard to detoxify itself like it should. You can help your body detoxify by doing the things towards the end of this article, i.e. Epsom salt baths, dry skin brushing, and particularly coffee enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php Cheers, Bee
