My best birthday gift was my 89 year old Mother doing so well after breaking her

hip on Monday and having surgery!

Today I can say " thank you for being my Mother for 69 years! "

Happy BIrthday Bee!

Thank you for everything that you do. I used to feel bad that my body was sick

and wonder " why me? " . But now I realize that my body is only doing what it

needs to do to protect itself and I feel so much better and thankful that I can

actually love my body. The road to wellness is a long one, but as time goes by,

I feel better and better.

I couldn't have a better purpose in life than helping people lead healthy,

happier, longer lives!

I often ask myself, in another vein, " why me? " I just take it as a gift I was

able to put into practice. It has been a very long learning journey for me,

starting in 1985 when I first found out about having candida when I had my first

Candida Support Group.

You can't give me a better birthday present than doing well yourself. Other

than that, just keep passing on the knowledge so others can also win in life!
