Hi Fred,

I just wanted to chime in and let you know that when I finally gave up all dairy

products, all my warts and skin tags went away --- completely. In many people,

the hormones and lectins in dairy affect insulin levels and also the immune

system, causing weird skin things and other issues. Anyway, it took about two

weeks for the warts, and a few months for the skin tags. Probably worth a try.

So, thanks to Bee's program, and also the elimination of dairy from my diet, I

now have beautiful, smooth skin. I get compliments all the time on how nice my

complexion is, and when I tell people that I'm almost 60, they are shocked.

(Thanks to you, Bee!)

All the best to you,

Dawn

> Hi Bee, hi everyone. My name is Fred and I have been on the program for over a

year now with great results (Thanks again Bee for that!) I was looking for a

natural recipe for shampoo when I got to a page where some girl is using sodium

bicarbonate for wash and apple cider vinegar as rinse. I recently started to

first: wash my hair with sodium bicarbonate and then rinse them using a acid

mixture like lemon or any acid with rinse water (apple cider vinegar leave a

smell that I didn't want). I then tried the same for my clothes and it is just

great! It seems to work for many things.

Would you think it could be a good idea to wash it, or even soak it with baking

soda, and then apply oregano oil with coconut oil or any acidic mixture to it?
