Hi Everyone,

I am trying to follow the diet however I find lunch a challenge. I bring my

lunch however I have to store it in the refrigerator until time to eat, it is

then cold and Bee recommends not using microwaves not even for warming! I work

in an office that has ONLY a microwave and I HATE eating cold food everyday.

And since there are no restaurants that sell organic meat and produce dishes I

am at a loss.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding food warming?? I am also not

eating salads ONLY cooked food.

Thanks so much for any suggestions.

Hi Tammi,

Some things you could do zfd put your heated lunch into a thermos or buy a small

hot plate that you could use to heat up your lunch.

Some things like tuna salad could be okay cold, but I understand how you would

want a hot lunch sometimes.

Do a message search of the archives on this forum, too. This topic has been

discussed many times and there are some good suggestions.

All the best,
