mastitis and suspected UTI -- what to do

I have some mastitis in my left breast, as well as what feels like a urinary

tract infection.  I also have pain in my lower, left abdomen.  Last night I had

the chills and I've had a headache since 7 pm yesterday evening.

I recall that the last time I had these two things (mastitis and UTI) which was

back in January, when my son was just born, the doctor told me that if I didn't

treat with antibiotics then the infection could become systemic and result in my

being in the hospital on IV antibiotics. 

What to do?  My baby is 10 months old and I need to be able to care for him and

my older son.

I had some chicken broth with vegetables and garlic and am trying to drink lots

of water.
