Guest guest
I am going very slowly on this diet. If I have eliminated most of the foods NOT on Bee's list, but I have not started taking all the various supplements (I'm still taking a multivitamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and the coconut oil) am I doing more harm than good? Bee, you said that all the elements of your diet work together -- which makes sense. By going so slowly, is it possible that I'm doing more harm than good? Also, do you recommend a specific brand of calcium and/or magnesium supplement? I don't recall you suggesting one in your reading, " How to Get Started. " Thanks! " +++Hi , All of the great nutrients you are getting from this program are still helping you, but it is important that you take all of the supplements as soon as you can. So yes, I think you are going too slowly with the supplements for sure! The first article you read is How to Successfully Overcome Candida, which does have supplement descriptions and lists that have the link to iHerb for the brands I recommend: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php This one is at the beginning of that article, along with the list of other articles you need: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php See the Link to iHerb on it? iHerb has almost all of the supplements I recommend, and if you haven't ordered from them before you get $5.00 off your first order IF you give them my Rewards Number - here's the iHerb page: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php I order 4 bottles of everything I need at a time so my shipping costs are low. I live in Canada so they always charge for shipping, but in the US I think they won't charge if your order is high enough. All the best, Bee
