Guest guest
Hi Nate, don't get me wrong, please. But I have read some of Your questions and thought each time: Did he ever read the homepage? There is a supplement page, that explains everything. There is even a list of recommendations for products You can order at IHerbs. There is really a very detailed instruction for Bee's diet on her homepage http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php a food list http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php and a supplement list http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php and then there is so much more to read, You can become an expert without ever asking Bee anything. Good luck, Pia > > Hi Bee and all. Guest guest
Hi Nate again, so I took a look at the vitamin pack You posted. B-Complex and C is time released, the Calcium/Magnesium ratio is not 1:1 and the Vitamin E is not dry E. I think this is not the kind of supplement Bee recommends. regards, Pia > > Hi Bee and all. The vitamins you refer have a couple of issues. However, the most concerning problem is the " time release " factor. Here is the reason this is a problem, see below. ------------------------------------- THE REASON TIME RELEASED SUPPLEMENTS ARE INADVISABLE : Time released vitamins contains formulated chemicals, i.e ( various: some acrylics, even chitin - a type of sugar cellulose or even soy ) which coats it to delay its release. Many time released coatings are sprayed on the particles before it is combined and made into a tablet, so there's no way of knowing how much of these toxic chemicals is actually in the product. These chemicals can damage DNA/genes. Basically, a gateway for illness ! --------------------------------------- Nate, here is the " Candida Supplements - Description & Doses " , see below. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php Best in Health, Ed group moderator

Is there a one-stop store online that i can get all this stuff from at a very good price? do i need to continue to take the probiotics and take digestive enzymes? > @@ Hi Nate, Your welcome. Sort of on my way out to address some errands, so I'll be brief. Yes, you can stop both probiotics & digestive enzymes. They are unnecessary since HCl also neutralizes any digestive enzyme supplements, so taking them is a waste. That is why it is important to take HCl supplements 30-45 minutes after eating a meal, if you have digestion issues; See Bee's notes. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php - probiotics http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig14.php - digestion I understand the small town bit. There are others on group in the same situation. Nonetheless, a one-stop store online store you can consider is iHerb, you'll also get a discount, see below. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php Nate, perhaps others can chime in and add suggestions to save money on supplements. Since this has been discussed on group many times. Best 2 U, Ed group moderator
Guest guest
Pia, what's wrong with the liquid Vitamin E?? I thought, as long its from the natural form, it should be fine, no? >Pia, wrote Hi Nate again, so I took a look at the vitamin pack You posted. Guest guest
Hi , it is because of the soy.... Quote: " Buy natural source only, which is indicated by the small " d " in front of the different types of vitamin E, such as d-alpha-tocopherol. The synthetic version begins with " dl " , i.e. dl-alpha-tocopherol. Most vitamin E supplements are derived from soy, which must not be taken. Clear Base or dry base formulas are soy-free. " Everything non-soy should be okay (?) I'm like you; never sure if i'm going to have a paycheck this month so i'm being very frugal, too! Like you, we don't have a good selection in town so i must order online. I've done quite a bit of searching and agree that most items can be obtained thru Bee's suggested iHerb. the shipping is not high. I'm currently having to buy the halibut liver tabs out of Canada which gets me a currency exchange fee, but i've not found it in the States - yet; i continue to search out the best deals! , began 03/09/
Guest guest
, thanks for joining in the discussion. When or if you have time could you please go to the supplement page and then make a list of all the SPECIFIC supplements you get from www.iherb.com please? Which ones do you use? Do they work very good for you? Then, if you don't mind, could you please send me the list(specific names) that you use and send it to the group as well?Ā thanks
Guest guest
Hi Nate, Yeah, the money issues is also not completely unfamiliar with us.... But actually IHerb has good shipping prices, over $40.00 it's free. Even for international shipping they don't charge that much I have heard. But I understand the money problems, this is very frustrating when You are trying to get healthy. In comparison to other protocols I've tried Bee's supplements are really in a manageable range though. Pia > > Hi Pia. No insult taken. I am, for the moment, on an limited income and trying to get the right things before my money is not there anymore. Just want to make sure. If i order online the postage might be a killer. This is a very, very small town and probably don't have everything at the drug store. I am trying to get the very best deals on this supplement pack. I just don't want to mess up my money that's all. > > thanks > >

Only take the supplements as described in detail in: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php Most people on my program are ordering almost all of their supplements from iHerb. If you have not ordered from them before it helps me out if you give them my Rewards Number with your first order, and then you also get $5.00 off: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php All the best, Bee

Is there a one-stop store online that i can get all this stuff from at a very good price? do i need to continue to take the probiotics and take digestive enzymes? +++Hi Nate, To lower costs make calcium from eggshells by grinding them up: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp2.php It is cheaper to take 1 tablespoon of Garden of Life cod liver oil and 1 capsule of another kind of " liver " oil together daily, i.e. shark, halibut or cod, than to take 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil. I think someone posted a good product available at iHerb this week and I haven't had a chance to add it to my iHerb list yet. I suggest you buy more than one cod liver oil bottle at a time for which you'll get a discount on top of the $10.68 US per bottle. I buy 3 bottles at a time. That's all I can think of at the moment. No, that salt isn't okay since it says it only contains sodium, and the salt you must have contains both sodium and chloride which are 2 of the 7 macrominerals your body needs daily. Also it doesn't contain iodine, which is in the sea salt I recommend at Selina Naturally. All the best, Bee
