Guest guest
Hi Bee, hi everyone. My name is Fred and I have been on the program for over a year now with great results (Thanks again Bee for that!) I was looking for a natural recipe for shampoo when I got to a page where some girl is using sodium bicarbonate for wash and apple cider vinegar as rinse. I recently started to first: wash my hair with sodium bicarbonate and then rinse them using a acid mixture like lemon or any acid with rinse water (apple cider vinegar leave a smell that I didn't want). I then tried the same for my clothes and it is just great! It seems to work for many things. My question is: I have plantar warts that have been there for over a year. Would you think it could be a good idea to wash it, or even soak it with baking soda, and then apply oregano oil with coconut oil or any acidic mixture to it? thanks ahead

That's wonderful you doing so great. Well done my friend! It's good to know that baking soda and lemon juice are so helpful, and inexpensive too! I understand that if you keep warts sealed in with oil long enough it can get rid of them. You can use a bandaid, soak it with extra virgin olive oil and tape it on. Ensure it is taped on all sides so air can't get at it. Every day apply a new one. Supposedly that works within 14 days. Let me know if it works for you. Otherwise, people on this program report that their moles, warts, skin tags, aging spots, freckles and other abnormal skin issues are going away. It seems getting high enough good fats in combination with the other fats, i.e. omega 3, vitamins A, D & E are most important. But of course all nutrients work together. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Is aluminium free baking soda just a marketing strategy or some brands may contain aluminium depending on how it is processed? Does lime or lemon essential oil have the same benefits as lemon juice for clothes? I mean whitening etc. I always put a few drops of lime essential oil in the fabric softener compartment just for fragrance. Essential oil is a fat so it will stain fabrics. Bee
Guest guest
I've never heard of Baking Soda having aluminum?....Could you be refering to non-aluminum Baking Powder? Some baking powders do contain aluminum. > > > > Hi Bee, > > > > Is aluminium free baking soda just a marketing strategy or some brands may contain aluminium depending on how it is processed? > > > > Does lime or lemon essential oil have the same benefits as lemon juice for clothes? Guest guest
Hi Bee, This is where I saw the term aluminum-free baking soda http://www.iherb.com/bob-s-red-mill-aluminum-free-premium-baking-soda-gluten-fre\ e-16-oz-1-lb-453-g/9852?at=0 So how about the liquid castile soaps like Dr Bronner's (I guess this is what most members use for laundry) that contain essential oils? Don't they stain too? I'm using soap nuts for laundry, which makes them unscented, but what can I add for more fragrance? You do not need any fragrance, and I don't care to put my time into the issue. I think that was the company I wrote to about their false advertising of aluminum-free baking soda, but they didn't respond. Bee
