My old hemorrhoids are bleeding (they haven't acted up in twenty plus years) and I'm exhausted and sleeping when I'm not eating or in the bathroom (and I've been a chronic insomniac). I can't go anywhere it's so constant and I need to go places to take care of myself. > > Please suggest something I can do to turn this around! And, if you've had a similar experience and gotten better please tell me about it! I need to hear that this will pass because it just keeps getting worse and I'm going on near a month. I don't think my poor old body can handle much more of this. I don't want to give up this diet but I can't release diarrhea all day long for days on end like this. I'm lost and confused! +++Hi , I really feel for you my friend. It is very miserable and hard to have hope when you go through days of detoxifying. I understand since I spent days vomiting when I had my candida. As I wrote before my brother also had diarrhea for 20 years plus 20 months on my program. I don't know if you have too much choice in order to get healthy since your body has to do its thing and get rid of those toxins. Trust Nature, trust your body! Lotsa healing hugs and prayers, Bee
Guest guest
Hi again Bee, Sorry but I don't understand your statement " I don't know if you have too much choice in order to get healthy since your body has to do its thing and get rid of those toxins. " Can you say this in another way... " too much choice in order to get healthy? " Thanks, > > > > Hi Bee and friends, > > > > The diarrhea is getting much worse. I cannot sit I am so sore. " +++Hi , I should say " you don't have any choices other than persevering through the diarrhea and other related symptoms until your body has finished detoxifying itself if you want to get healthy the natural way. " Of course the only other choice is medical. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
, Sitz baths should help the soreness. Bonnie > > Hi Bee and friends, > > The diarrhea is getting much worse. Guest guest
- you aren't having too much salt by any chance are you? Too much salt in some people can cause fluid retention. Is it worth checking the supplements you are having too, to make sure that you are not taking too much of something? What about the vitamin C or Magnesium? Too much of those can cause diarrhea. although I am not sure that they would explain the fluid retention. It may be best to get it checked out, just in case, but checking what you are taking - and perhaps eating and drinking may be as well too. Guest guest
Hi , I did some suppositories with coconut oil (and sometimes a little tea tree oil) to sooth my rear and intestines when I was dealing with diarhea at the beginning of this process for me. (I started with the GAPS intro plan..) Coconut oil is very soothing. A lot of acid comes out in that liquid. Hope you feel better soon. > > > > > > Hi Bee and friends, > > > > > > The diarrhea is getting much worse. I cannot sit I am so sore. It's constant fluid. Guest guest
Hi , is it worth describing what your food routine is at the momment, in case anyone can come up with some ideas. How long have you been fully on the diet? Thinking of you. > > Hi Bee and friends, > > The diarrhea is getting much worse. I cannot sit I am so sore. It's constant fluid. Guest guest
Hi , I've been thinking about you for the last couple of days, and I think what I would do, if I got to this point of dispair when I couldn't take anymore, would be to just eat very gentle chicken broth for a couple of days. Stop the healing foods, especially the beef, eggs, fish and coco oil and even the supplements. Wait for it to calm down then slowly add them back in, bit by bit so that you can get an idea of which foods are giving you the biggest healing response. Don't lose hope and don't give up, some of us are coming back from being very poorly and we just have to be very patient and determined. Hang on in there!
