Guest guest
Hello there Bee, I would like to know if a zero carb diet is okay with you? I understand that it's not yours but I am definitely interested in venturing into this field! Fats fats fats (coconut oil. lard, tallow, fish fat) and protein (consisting mainly of beef, turkey and fish) will be the mainstay of the diet. I will be incorporating some of the supplements you recommend including cod liver oil, nutritional yeast flakes, calcium and Magnesium. What are your thoughts? LukeC. The healthiest people of 27 groups Dr. Weston A. Price researched around the World were the Eskimos and the Masai Warriors in Africa, and they consumed all meat and fat - see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods26.php http://www.biblelife.org/stefansson1.htm All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Excellent articles! Thanks for the speedy response Bee I enjoyed coming up to the line: " Butterfat consumption among Masai warriors, who consider vegetable foods as fodder for cattle, can reach one and one half pounds per day. Yet these people do not suffer from heart disease. " As contrary to what the medical establishment says, God-given fats sustain and safeguard our bodies from modern enfoods and toxins! What a crock, eh! LukeC > +++Hi LukeC, > > Yes, of course the Zero Carb diet is okay. The healthiest people of 27 groups Dr. Weston A. Guest guest
Hi, this is Danny. How did the people eating that diet that were so healthy have the right amounts of calcium and magnesium? > > > > Hello there Bee, > > > > I would like to know if a zero carb diet is okay with you? We can be fairly certain that most information about what is healthy is totally wrong. That is because the information we are being fed is driven by medical, drug and other big business profits that they can only make " if " people are sick and cowed into believing them! I recommend supplements on my all meat and fat program because the people doing it are very unhealthy and need the extra help. Guest guest
Right! Follow the money & the Bible I say! 1 6:10 warned us: " For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. " As long as evil remains on Earth, man must always be aware of what " advice " he gets whether its from Big Brother or not! Thank you for all that you do. btw, Happy Birthday!
