Vit C and Cinnamon questions

Hello Bee and all you fine moderators out there, I have a few questions

regarding vitamin c and cinnamon.

First, how long do I need to be on the 4000mg per day dosage of the vitamin c

once I get there?

Second, which is better, the ground cinnamon or the cinnamon sticks? I'm hoping

both are are okay because I use the ground cinnamon in my egg shakes and I would

like to try sucking on a piece of cinnamon stick since I had to quit chewing gum

(haven't been able to find one that was truly sugar-free).

Thank you in advance!

Mike

++++Hi Mike. If you mean by " get there " that you are completely healthy, see my

Supplements Chart, right column which says how much of each supplement to take

when you are healed:

+++Either is okay. Sucking on cinnamon sticks is a great idea. Well done on

quitting chewing gum!

All the best, Bee
