Guest guest
Hello all, I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart (and small intestine) for all of the wonderful information. I have had deteriorating health for several years...a little at a time and the candida was the only constant. I began searching for any and all information on this subject about a month ago after I could no longer take the non-stop thrush. I thought I was doing the right thing going " low-carb " but never realized how things like banana peppers pickled in vinegar were just feeding it even more so! In any case, I am following the plan 99% (can't quite drink the electrolyte recipe and I do eat an occasional almond if I'm stuck carpooling and can't get to real food) and I feel SO much better. Once I stopped eating oil of oregano and garlic non-stop the " die off " has calmed and I have even felt like exercising. So, I know those last 8 stubborn pounds have a fighting chance of being gone forever now. In closing, I do still need a little help with getting the rest of my family on board, they understand why we're making these changes but at 10, 11, & 12 (no, that's not a typo, that's their ages for now!) they want frozen pizza and boxed cereal. I showed them how Chicken Nuggets were made on a TV program so that took care of that, but there's so much junk out there, any tidbits of advise would be much appreciated. Thanks again, Angie
