Hi ,

The 1.5 teaspoons of good sea salt is the total amount required. It is OK to

have more sea salt with your food. Some members take an additional teaspoon of

sea salt for low adrenals. I took 2.5 for about 5 months. Taking that much is

considered medicinal, therefore, as with any suppliment, take a break once a

month.

It is 1.5 teaspoons total per day, whether you add it to foods or take it in

other ways. Distributed between 3 meals is good since all nutrients, including

salt, work together.

Aare you having less reactions when you cook the spices 3-4 minutes first?

Bee, yes I have less gas when I boil the spices for the egg drink this way.
