Guest guest
Hi , The 1.5 teaspoons of good sea salt is the total amount required. It is OK to have more sea salt with your food. Some members take an additional teaspoon of sea salt for low adrenals. I took 2.5 for about 5 months. Taking that much is considered medicinal, therefore, as with any suppliment, take a break once a month. Distributed between 3 meals is good since all nutrients, including salt, work together. Aare you having less reactions when you cook the spices 3-4 minutes first?
