question regariting ratios

Hello All!

Quick question, I am new here and trying to follow the plan according to my

ratios. I am 5'1 " and just put all my food into FitDay and I see that I am at

69g or protein, when I am supposed to only have 55g. Is it okay to eat more?

Also, my fat is at 36g, when my allotment for the day is 138. I know I need to

be using more coconut oil and I am going to slowly work my way up, but I am a

bit confused as to what I should eat for dinner? I feel good eating lots of

protein for now. And I will definitely add more oils/butter at dinner. I am

doing fine with the carbs..
