Done this for about a month so far. Was hoping to try moving onto trying butter/ghee after eggs but I don't want to have to deal with any cross reactions. +++Hi Matt, Good foods I recommend do cause healing and detoxifying reactions and symptoms which cannot be avoided in order for you to get healthy. In other words, foods are medicine, providing nutrients your body needs so it can become able to detoxify and heal itself. Your reactions to egg yolk is understandable because they are high in sulphur which is very important for detoxification and healing. Sometimes you have to " bite the bullet " and just get through the detoxifying and healing reactions, unless of course they are totally intolerable to you, which depends upon your level of tolerance too. What do you mean by " really buzz me out " regarding synthetic Bs? Are you also taking vitamin E along with the other supplements you list above? It is okay to liver 3 times a week or more! The best to you, Bee
