I've discovered that bleeding more is also necessary in order to help heal the area with its nutrients and oxygen. I suggest you take extra vitamin C during your periods, but only take the tablets which contain bioflavonoids. You'd be taking 4,000 mg per day now, so take double that amount split into 3 doses with meals. Let me know what happens. Blessings to you too, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , I had clotting for years, in much greater size and quantities than what you are currently experiencing. I say this to make you feel better, because: this doesn't happen to me anymore. I have been on Bee's diet for a little over 2 years. Early on, the clotting had mostly to completely gone away; occasionally I have some very minor " events " later in my period, but this seems to come and go. Whereas before I had days with several hours of clotting flow, now I have one or two like you describe, and not necessarily every cycle. It does get better Happy healing! andra > > Hi Bee, > > I've been doing some research through archives re menstrual clotting, and it seems they are nothing to worry about. > > Is that correct? > > When I was on your program before, I used to get 2 - 3 clots per period and my period was good flowing for the first couple of days, then very light for the next 3 - 4 days. > > Then, while I was off the program during April - August, my period was light and quick with no clots. > > Now back on the program, (I've had 2 periods), they've been strong flowing for the first 2 days with clots forming on the 3rd day.
