Guest guest
Worth looking ar HRT plus sublingual. It is not HRT. But a natural thai herb in the form of a bi-identical hormone. It also reputedly protects against breast cancer. I use it and it is brilliant for hot flushes. Guest guest
I have a question..can Iodine Supplementaion regulate the hormones enough that one does not need any other hormone therapy even if they have reached menopause? I was putting approx 0.3mls lugols in a glass of water and adding vit C powder (can't remember how much). Quite good fun for the kids to watch going from dark brown to totally clear, as if I was drinking only water. Yes my symptoms came back, lost a lot of weight, goiter got bigger again etc.... went back to normal after stopping vit c for about 4-6 weeks, I think? It is too long ago to remember the nitty gritty. Guest guest
Hi Group, After reading the post about fertility and age. I couldn't help but wonder where I am as far as menopause. I had my sixth child 9 years ago. I developed debilitating tinnitis 5 weeks after her birth, and struggled for two years to maintain sanity. My digestive issues were mild initially prioir to giving birth for the sixth time, but increased significantly during my daughter's early years thanks to my continued insistance on consuming a low fat, vegetarian diet. At 45, I have not had a single period since the birth of my daughter 9 years ago, and quite frankly I am not looking for one either, but I am wondering if anyone can relate, and let me know if I will just continue to go without a period until menopause. Consistent on Bee's diet and supplements for 8 weeks. Thanks, Nina

I just looked up " menopause " on Wikipedia and it states that the avg. age of menopause can be from 42-58. There are probably exceptions to that, too.
