I think I may have to go ketogenic wiht next to no carbs. Every time I eat carbs

the candida just goes crazy in my fingers and toes and such and joints. I do

have a few of the supplements but need to guarantee assimilation. I am using the

herbal formula for most of my vitamins. Small doses spread out. It is the best I

can do for now. I do have calcium citrate, magnesium malate and citrate, and

some left over cod liver oil. My b-complex has enzymes so I had to stop it. The

yeast flakes have 14g of carbs and are delicious but I worry about the sudden

proliferation of yeast since I started using those and cravings. I have such

terrible cravings for butter/coconut oil/sugar/carbs. I know its the yeast for

the most part. I truly appreciate all the tips and wonder if eating just protein

and fat would be safe or even healthy. A scientist I know is sending me some

trace minerals and some other candida stuff though I know its against the

protocol , I mention it because he recommends raw and alot of vegetables but

with a weak and fatty liver I know assimilation is leaving too much sugar in my

blood stream. I feel as though I am running outof time having lost 60 pounds

already and cramping all the time and seeing my nails flake and fall off almost.

I wanted to let everyone knkow that I have been appreciative of all the support

and information. God is bigger then all of this. Trust Him.
