Guest guest
Just to clarify.... I fully agree with all of this. I was just making sure someone answered your question of the HCG diet. (it could have been awhile ago, I just saw it in the archives.) Guest guest
Bee, I have a question regarding nutrition. I have staff who are on a boarding plan at our camp. The food choices are predominantly convenience type foods, often fried. They do supply some fresh foods, but at the cheapest prices so not very nutrient dense. My staff are starting to wear down, but can't afford to feed themselves completely. If you had a top 5 foods that they should carry with them to the dining hall to supplement their meals, what would they be? Thank you, >
